- MMMCFeb 26, 20263.0Staying overnight Feb 07. Everything was good, until 5am fire alarm and had to evacuate. Not sure how fire happened. Stood outside in the cold for a few hours. My group almost missed our flight and was stressing out all morning. Other than that Hotel staff was good and hotel looked good. Room size was big and a few restaurants walking distance.

Only letdown was the shower - water comes out very faintly, the bathtubs are not the cleanest I’ve seen, and, the water doesn’t go down the drain properly so a puddle formed under our feet for the duration of our stay. Overall, I wouldn’t be too worried about booking this hotel. It’s a solid option.

Never stayed at a hotel where breakfast is restaurant style (choice of any breakfast on the menu) included with the stay. I had expected a buffet breakfast like other hotels. Shuttle service from airport but must call hotel upon arrival to schedule shuttle.

Also, the bathroom floor was very sticky which indicates that the floors weren't cleaned. I brought it to the attention of front desk and they gave us a new room. We got to the room and the TV didn't work. Nobody ever appogized, or gave us anything for our inconvenience. I am a IHG platimum customer and have been staying at IHG hotels for over 40 years. I have never experienced anything like this before, or treated with such disregard. Consider staying at another location.

Arrivée à l'hôtel ils avaient l'air de s'en ficher et pire nos amis qui étaient déjà a l'hôtel nous as dit que la navette était stationné durant 1 h pendant que nous attendions. A la rigueur si on nous avait dit il viendra pas ça m'aurait moins déranger.... Mais bon merci d'être membre.... J'ai dû l'entendre 100 fois... Rendu là moi aussi je m'en fiche pas mal d'être membre
