    Got a ResortPass day use room, despite paying directly thru Resort Pass I was still charged on my credit card. They said that a $50 deposit was needed but I still got charged $98. They failed to provide the promised amenities that ResortPass did as well, yet I am still seeing a charge on my card? I attempted to call and they said they had no access to my folio for my "stay" - which is untrue.

    Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport by IHG. The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making my stay truly relaxing. A special thank you to CJ at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service. CJ was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service near the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

    Our flights at Ft. Lauderdale airport got cancelled 30min before departure at 7pm. We booked this particular full service Holiday Inn located close to airport based on location & complimentaryshuttle service to & from airport. At booking we phoned to verify about their Complimentary Airport Shuttle services but on the phone at no point did the hotel front desk tell us that they will not provide us the shuttle service unless booked in advance which we did give this person our names for the early morning shuttle to airport & for pickup from airport at 9pm. On arrival at hotel at 10pm, we again made it a point to confirm our 6am shuttle with the on duty manager Tyrone who told us that the only way we will be on shuttle if we will are in Lobby at 5:45am since shuttle was fully booked. Next morning we get down to lobby sharp at 5:45am, & the front desk staff Marshall tells us that they dont have room for us in Shuttle as it is fully booked. So our confirmation with the night manager Tyrone on checking in was a waste of our time or maybe he lied to us to get us off his back. We were told that Tyrone was off & no other manager on duty to solve our shuttle issue!! It was a crappy outdated hotel with awful customer service, did not get any upgrades that were due for our platinum status, rooms were dated, sheets smelled musty. Do not recommend this hotel which was not worth at $300/night!!

    Called the hotel at 8am to get on the list for an early check in for 2 rooms. We would be vacating the hotel by 2am for our flight so we was just hoping for a noon-1pm check in. Sabrina was who I spoke to. Called at 1pm to see if we could get in Sabrina stated again it wasn't ready. We showed up at 2:30 and she stated again it wasn't ready. We watched over 15 family's come in from 2:30-3pm and get checked in as we sat in the lobby. At 3pm we noticed she was no where and it was a different front desk agent. She obviously must of punched out. A Young man long hair was now working. I went to the desk and now asked him and told him we had called at 8am and was continued to be kept telling our rooms wasn't ready. He immediately said WHAT 8am! & Immediately said yes your rooms are ready. He was an awesome dude and knows customer service. I wish I would have got his name to acknowledge him. He is a 5-Star employee. Awesome attitude super friendly. This review is solely on Sabrina. Even when I approached the desk when I arrived she had attitude. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I have stayed here probably over 10+ times for business and unfortunately I will not be back after how I was treated. Especially being a platinum I'll go to another IHG.

    I traveled with my daughter today to the airport through the hotel shuttle service and I need to leave a review from how good of an experience I had. David our driver was great. He was very friendly and drove the shuttle safely to get my daughter and I to our flight on time while also chatting with us and putting some music. Some drivers don’t talk and it’s silence but David showed that he cared about us and cared about the experience/drive, which is why it was great. Thank you David and I hope you have a great rest of your day!!
