    If I could leave 0 stars i would. I checked in on the 1/9 first room was so damp I turned on the heat. When I looked around because they keep it dark for a reason, mold growing in the picture, mold growing on the walls. Had to use my inhaler 2x. They moved my room as soon as you walk in my sister and I were like omg it stinks or mold too. Dirt on the bathroom walls. I said ok let's just check out in th3 morning. We went out cwmr back and at 5 am I asked the front desk are there penalties for checking out because I was skeeved out and needed to leave. He was very nice and offered me to move to room 117. We were exhausted and went to sleep but were thankful the place didnt stink. My sister put her bag on the desk. When we woke up to get ready for the event we found her stuff with bugs crawling all over. I sprayed lysol quickly gathered all our things and called an uber to the much friendlier cleaner Sonesta suites in plantation. We left that best western running in our pajamas...then the front desk girl tells me the manager would be in the next day to give me a return im like omg I have to get another Uber to go file a complaint about a roach motel...I call...no manager. I call back today and she tells me that couldn't happen because they check th3 rooms. The front desk didnt apologize, they didnt flinch, they didnt even say let them see where. The manager today was just as dismissive and rude. A moldy nasty infested dump. My sister left literally in tears. They do not care. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. So glad I found a better place to stay. Going to try and upload the bugs. So mad I didnt take photos of the mold and rusty fixtures all over room 510, Dirt in 515 but definitely got the bugs in 117. Worst experience in any hotel in my entire life.

    Check in clerks at nearly midnight last night were AMAZING!! We are booked for two nights but we will not stay tonight! No bedspread, comforter or blanket. The bedding was a sheet, thin blanket and another sheet. We asked for a blanket, they have none. Mattress is less than 10” thick on a platform bed frame. Hardly any hot water, lukewarm at best. Terrible pressure, shower fixture hanging on the wall barely! Everything in the room was so damp! There was a TV but no remote and a non working telephone. Cant speak on the breakfast because at 8:15 (supposed to go until 9:30) there was basically nothing left. No coffee, no juice, not eggs etc… thank goodness for McDonalds across the parking lot! I want to stress again, the front desk staff are AMAZING! Danny, Vinnie and Eva are kind and considerate!

    Let me start with, the front desk crew were EXTREMELY NICE! They get 5 stars! We literally JUST checked in and if it wasnt almost midnight we would be going somewhere else. Room is very damp and a bit musty. Bed is one thin mattress on a platform bed frame. The bedding consists of a fitted sheet, a top sheet, a THIN blanket and then another top sheet on it. We asked for an extra blanket and the poor desk clerk said he was embarrassed to say that they had none. He gave us another sheet. I tried to have a shower but there is no pressure and the water at its hottest is luke warm at best. Hopefully they can redeem themselves some with breakfast!

    My advice: stay somewhere else! Upon arrival, our Booking reservation wasn't in their system even though they sent me a few messages to confirm it. It appears they checked me out by mistake the morning of my arrival. The guy at reception almost made me feel like it was my fault for not making sure they had my reservation in their system. Never had a problem with Booking and I use it a lot. Took a long time to fix their mistake and to finally check us in. Room reeked of humidity/mildew. Still smelled it strongly next morning, never got used to it. Shower's glass sliding door stuck. Almost felt like we'd brake the glass forcing when we had to open it. One of the 2 elevators was faulty and didn't reach certain floors. Never had a follow up by the management after writing the day after. Don't bother: plenty more options in the same price range in the area. More like Best Western "Minus". Gives a bad reputation to the brand. Gave 2 stars because of location and breakfast was ok.

    Reservamos una noche por motivo de nuestro aniversario, sin embargo solo permanecimos aproximadamente dos horas en la habitación. El hotel no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. La lámpara no encendía, la cortina estaba en muy mal estado, los muebles se veían claramente desgastados y pelados, y el baño tenía un olor extraño desde el momento en que entramos. Nos hemos hospedado en esta misma línea de hoteles en Naples y en San Agustín, y nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia similar. Esperábamos un ambiente más agradable y acorde a una ocasión especial. Ojalá puedan tomar estos comentarios en cuenta para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.
