  Excellent location with good airport shuttle! Check in was fast and friendly! Room didn't have a microwave but I called downstairs and they eventually brought one up to my room! Other than that issue everything else was fantastic! I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that! Rooms was modern looking and very clean! I would definitely stay here again! I definitely recommend the Denny's next door! Very convenient and they're open 24 hours!

  Hotel good, BUT the shutter services by BrightRide Transfers was terrible and negligent round trip. The First day the driver Speed was 97 and we have a child with 5 year. It was afraid..She took the baggage and throw, with courage. The last day driver Marta was negligent behind the wheel. She wanted to fit more passangers than the bus could hold, and she raised her voice at us, saying “that we had to make space by sitting on top of each other because the service was "free" and she had to take more people to the airport”. She was very mad and drive over the speed limit to. There was a minor on the bus to, and she put them at risk of an accident. She showed a lack of respect toward the passengers. That people like Marta and the first woman, put at risk the Hotel service . She is owner of BrightRide, she can’t be lake that. That is very sad to have people, making a bad service in a good Hotel. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on the Shuttle alone.

  The hotel was nice overall, my room was clean, quiet and comfy. The free breakfast was decent including coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, apples, bananas, waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs and bacon. I was disappointed that the pool was still shutdown but the front desk offers a free shuttle to another local hotel with a pool. I like that this location is within walking distance to a gas station, stores and restaurants. It is also within close proximity to Hollywood Beach, I-95, FLL Airport and the Hard Rock Casino making Ubers or bus rides inexpensive if you're visiting locally. Good value for the price if you don't mind the pool being closed. I'll be back 🌞 🌴 😎

  I arrived late at FLL when their shuttle had already stopped worked Jean was instrumental in helping me to get to the property on the last shuttle before it parked for the night. Vinny went above and beyond to get me a room with both a microwave and refrigerator so I could be comfortable. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a quick layover
