- AAAdrian5 days ago2.0Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und riechen teilweise unangenehm (schätze, das kommt von der Klimaanlage). Die Fenster sind gefühlt ein Witz und man hört jede Kleinigkeit von draußen, so zum Beispiel auch den Hahn der mitten in der Nacht losschreit. Das Öffnen der Zimmertüre wird manchmal zur Geduldsprobe, weil die Karte nicht sauber erkannt wird. Frühstück könnte ausgewogener sein für meinen Geschmack. Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit lasse ich mal lieber weg, da wir hier in den USA sind. Würde ich hier nochmal übernachten? Definitiv nicht, für das Geld sollte mehr drin sein.

They deserve 5 stars!! They were kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism combined with such a warm, positive attitude and bilingual skill made the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about the people they help.

Changed rooms, while it didn't smell as bad, there were ants and a roach in the bathroom. Just nasty. Customer service at check in was mediocre.
