    Paid 250 dollars for one night, which is ridiculous considering the area. Then my room actually was cutting in and out woke up in sweats and the refrigerator didn't work. I called room service and they told me to wait till tomorrow for the handyman which i was only staying for one night. In the morning I thought I was gonna get free Bashar since I paid so much and no they tried to charge me 16 dollars per person for some basic breakfast other hotels give for free. I'll never stay here again.

    I’m honestly impressed—this place managed to serve one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had, which is no small feat. I’ve had better burgers from vending machines at a truck stop. This is the Burger I would expect to find after being lost for 12 weeks in the Backrooms, or if I opened the food kit in a cold war survival shelter. The bun was perfectly fine, the lettuce and tomato did their job, thankfully the onion and mustard covered most of the flavor, but the beef patty was an absolute disaster. Grey, bland, and strangely lifeless, as if it had simply given up halfway through the process—one almost wonders if it ever met anything other than the inside of a 1997 microwave. I’ll admit, about halfway through I found myself briefly concerned I might start noticing “missing cat” posters around the neighborhood, given how questionable the flavor was. If you’re thinking of ordering the burger, I’d strongly suggest you reconsider and choose literally anything else. As for the hotel itself, it was quite alright overall. A bit worn in places, like it’s seen a few too many busy seasons, but nothing that would ruin your stay. The room was clean, the staff were pleasant, and it served its purpose perfectly well—just perhaps plan your meals elsewhere.

    Все хорошо, просто по сравнению с другими отелями этой сети, немного староват. А также ждали трансфер до отеля 2 часа, за эти 2 часа он проехал 3 раза и каждый раз кричал мне что не может остановиться из-за того что он полный. Мы были на 23 двери. При там что остальные автобусы ходят намного чаще и всегда останавливаются. В итоге мы взяли такси. В остальном все понравилось, всё отлично.

    I booked a stay for March 15, 2026. I called the Hotel and let them know my flight had just been canceled and that I would not make my reservation. I was flying from Houston, TX. The manager I spoke with told me I needed to instead call Expedia, because I had not paid the Hotel directly. That was a lie & a unnecessary one( He knew good & well, the hotel is the approving authority in regards to refunds, even when using Expedia) I did call Expedia back and they notified me, they needed to call the hotel manager in regards to it. I was asked to provide the Hotel proof of my flight cancellation, which I did. This hotel is still refusing to refund my stay, even though, I was physically unable to get there. It was NATIONAL NEWS how chaotic and hectic our airports were March 15-21 across the country. It’s still chaotic as of today’s date. I called today and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I had to call back, where she told she was waiting for a manager. I have not yelled at anyone, I haven’t raised my voice, & I haven’t disrespected anyone. The young woman could have told me someone would return my call instead of putting me on hold twice. I was hoping this location could be reasonable but instead they’ve been immature.

    First time staying at this hotel, and was the worse expiriance I have in my life. Not vary clean, carpet stained, Iron did not work. When we get in the room.ready to take a shower after 5 hour drive, was not hot water front desk never mentioned this at check in, so I called front desk and they say the Manteinance guys were working on it but not idea how long it will take, that the understand the inconvenience if we wanted to leave they will give us some time to get our belongs out of the room and call priceline for a refund by this time was already late at night and we have not.place to go. Next day same response, and was the same response for the 4 nights we stay at the hotel and have to take could water shower for 4 days, never offer any refund not even one night. This hotel should be closed for a complete maintenance/ cleaning and not be at any reservation platform. I do not recomend this hotel, think they should let the guests know at check in and if the problem is not resolved in 24 hours by the maintenance guys hire a company more specialized in the issue.
