Then, front end clerk change my room without consulting with me first saying the room was not available. He should have been given me the option. There is a reason a select specific rooms.

Mattress was uncomfortable, hard and springy — and definitely in need of a replacement. HVAC was musty smelling every time it turned on. We had prepaid for two nights, otherwise we would have left after the first. Staff was pleasant on check in. We will never stay here again - at least not until it is renovated. Shame on Hilton for allowing this place to carry its Hampton Inn name.
