  The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There was visible mold in the room, and housekeeping services were not provided during my stay. Despite requesting that my room be cleaned at least once, no action was taken. When I approached the front desk to address this issue, the staff member responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice at me and stated that she had no control over the housekeeping staff. When I asked for her name, she accused me of harassment and call the police. This experience was unacceptable and caused significant distress.

  The bathroom had visible mold, the mirror was missing, and despite booking a walk-in shower, I was given a bathtub instead. The room also had a strong, musty odor. I could not stay in this hotel for the full four nights I booked, so I decided to check out early the next day as it wasn’t what I paid for. I contacted the front desk, but the staff was indifferent to my complaints. The manager was also contacted about these issues, yet they refused to provide a refund for the nights I did not stay. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! Worst experience I have ever had! Thank God I left in the next day, best decision I could ever made!!

  Our stay at Best Western Plus Hollywood Aventura was extremely disappointing and well below expectations. We were given Room 508 We arrived a couple of hours early and were treated poorly at the front desk. After giving my name and confirming I had a reservation, I was told to “have a seat” without explanation. I had to ask if we were too early. Only then were we allowed to leave our bags, which were placed in an open room. When we received our room, the entire floor had a strong musty, mould-like smell. While the room initially appeared clean, multiple issues became apparent: • Poor, grainy TV picture • Toilet flushed very slowly and was plugged by the next morning • Maintenance fixed it while we were out, but all bathroom towels were removed • Front desk simply handed us towels with no apology • Bathroom staining that looked like mould painted over • Shower head came off and hit me while showering, requiring another maintenance visit Breakfast was unacceptable: • Very little food available and no staff present to assist • Watery eggs and yogurt • One toaster for 20+ guests • Poor-quality sausages • Coffee machines backed up, with undrinkable backup coffee Because of this, we ate breakfast off-site for the remaining two days. There were also elevator issues—doors would not close when additional guests entered, raising safety concerns. At checkout, I asked if anything would be offered for the experience. The front desk shrugged and said they would report the issues. No apology or resolution was provided. This property does not meet the standards of a Best Western Plus. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

  Die Webseite verspricht mehr als es wirklich hergibt.unser erstes Zimmer war voller schimmel,wir wurden ohne irgendeine Reaktion einfach in ein anderes Zimmer geschickt.auch dort fanden wir etwas schimmel im Bad, welches wir nur für die Toilette und Zähneputzen/waschen benutzt haben, wobei selbst die Toilettenspühlung nur jedes 3 mal funktioniert hat. Das ganze Zimmer roch modrig und feucht. Da das hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, war es wirklich übertrieben laut, also brachte uns der mini spalt den man das Fenster hätte öffnen können nichts. Die Couchgarnitur ist wirklich nicht appetitlich und es liegen tote insekten im Zimmer rum. Die Aufzüge machen so komische Geräusche, das man denkt, man bleibt stecken oder stürzt ab, sehr gruselig, sie machen auch einen sehr ungepflegt Eindruck. In den Gängen sind überall Wasserschäden, der Putz bröckelt ab, Tapete blättert weg und auch hier ist überall der schimmelgeruch. Zudem stehen mittendrin Trocknungsgeräte und luftgebläse,hier gibt es auch noch den ekelhaft riechenden Teppich. An sich wäre das zimmer okay, immerhin gibt es keinen Teppich,aber die Umstände sind nicht mal für amerikanische Verhältnisse in Ordnung! Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch ernüchternd, aber das ist es meistens, also alles so wie gewohnt. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht und sind zum Glück nur eine Nacht hier, wäre es länger gewesen, hätte ich das hotel gewechselt!

  My family and I stayed here one night and was highly underwhelmed. Rooms were far less than expected, service at the front desk was horrid. The guy working check in was absolutely refusing to be helpful or cooperative. We had 4 people in our room and only had two towels. My wife asked for more so we could shower, the guy opened a door downstairs and claimed there were none available…. My wife seen an entire stack of fresh towels. For what we paid for this room it was NOT worth it. There many other things that were terrible about this stay but I would have to write a novel. Never using this hotel again
