  While the guest staff and outsude areas were very high quality the guest rooms were rediculous, the floors in the room were filthy to say the least on first entry with me and my father having st wear socks to avoid getting our beds fithy. The showers were quite clean and new with the door to it being only slightly worn down, high quality soaps and shampoos but with an unfortunate issue with the showers; at times there were frequent bursts of scalding hot water even when the base water temp was as the lowest setting. Great breakfast with house cooked options though quite limited. Overall great staff, water and food but needs heavy improvement on rooms and water heat and plumbing, 3.5 stars only visit if you abseolutley need a place to. stay

  A wonderful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The most important part — a delicious, разнообразный and filling breakfast is included in the stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this hotel!

  Omg! I’m not one to post too many reviews, but NEEDED to warn others. Being in the industry I know people are quick to write negative reviews over little things.. but this was the most horrible stay I’ve ever had at a hotel!! The room was terribly dirty upon check in! The bathroom tub and sink would not drain! The mildew smell .. they try to cover it up.. but it triggered my asthma so bad we had to book another room elsewhere after paying for our 4 night stay in full. I went to the front desk and they could care less and tell everyone sorry there’s no other rooms to switch you too! After paying for our stay.. paying for a stay somewhere else .. we find out when we get home.. they double charged us. Our entire stay was charged twice. I know everyone is trying to save some money nowadays… but for the love of god avoid here! You will probably sleep better in your car!! I knew not to expect 5 stars.. or even 4.. but seriously Best Western do better! Instead of a cappuccino maker in the breakfast area put some money into the actual room! Done venting!

  I was in the last room on the hall and there was NO HOT WATER for 3 days. I called down to the front desk to ask if the temp could be adjusted and was told that was the hottest it could get. Didn't offer to send any one to check it out anything. Not only that, my bathroom vanity light was out which made it extremely dim and hard to see my face in the mirror. You can tell updates had been completed but they should have taken their time and did it right. Overall experience was not a pleasant one and would have been worth it to spend more at another hotel.

  If I could give the zero stars I would. I am being stranded in Fort Lauderdale tomorrow after getting off of a cruise ship because the winter weather is canceling all of our flights. There are eight cruise ships total returning tomorrow and most of the people on my cruise we have 5500 on board, or not going to be able to make it home because 30 states are being affected by this weather. I booked this room on booking.com earlier this morning. It said my total was 546.43. Because I was expecting to arrive home tomorrow, I’m having to stretch extra funds. I decided to call and ask what the deposit was for incidentals so I could be prepared. I was told it would be $100, but then the girl told me that first thing in the morning they are going to charge me around $250-$280 (can’t remember exact amount). I said OK that’s fine so I’ll just pay the remaining difference that’s left from the 546 correct? She said no we take that, and then when you check in we’re gonna take 646 which is your total stay plus $100 incidental deposit. I said I can’t do that. She said well if you can’t afford it just cancel. I said I don’t understand why I wouldn’t just be charged the difference of the $646 minus the $250 or whatever that amount was it was closer to $280 that will be taken off my card prior to my arrival. She again said if you can’t afford it just cancel it. I said I’m just not understanding I said so you’re saying I’m going to be charged 646+ another $280? She said yes and then a week after you leave the 280 or whatever that amount will fall off your credit card. I said, I understand that, I said, but this is a weather delay and we’re having to stretch our money because we thought we were going to make it home and she said well if you can’t afford it just cancel it. I said I can’t cancel it even though it hasn’t been 24 hours or my check-in is still an hour and a half until tomorrow, they’re charging a $290 cancellation fee. She said oh well if you can’t afford it, just cancel it and hung up. I will never ever book or stay at a best Western again. I’m appalled at the audacity, lack of respect, lack of basic manners, and lack of human compassion.
