  270 a night and no coffee maker in the room to save themselves a few pennies? No cable and no internet access on the TV to watch netflix is one thing. But come on, no coffee is crazy

  Todo muy bien. Excelente pileta al aire libre. Atención en el mostrador regular. Pareciera que los empleados estan tristes porque tienen que trabajar. Es mejor atender al cliente con una sonrisa. Aunque sea por obligación. Bien ubicado, al lado de restaurante y supermercado. Volveremos a ver si le sacamos una sonrisa a los empleados.

  I had such an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gulf Breeze! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming, clean, and well taken care of. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the manager (I didn’t catch his name, but from what we could tell he was clearly the one in charge). He truly stood out in the best way. He was constantly checking on things, making sure everything stayed spotless, and jumping in to help wherever needed. What really stuck with me was how kind and attentive he was. The level of hospitality and cleanliness here is unmatched. You can tell there’s a strong sense of pride in how this place is run. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I will absolutely be booking here again if I get the chance!

  We stayed here a night after visiting the NAS MUSEUM of Aviation close by, John the front desk was excellent and made us feel at home. Quick check in, very clean lobby and hotel. Large bottom floor room across from the Lg Gym. Great breakfast and staff. Easy access to Grocery store and pizza place next door. Hotel close to everything. Asked for a fold out bed and JOHN at the front desk check in provided one within minutes. Full complimentary hot breakfast was very surprised. All five of us were satisfied . Very happy with our stay.

  We have been here for three nights, and currently on our fourth night. The staff have not cleaned our room for the past two days now, even after requesting it be done before leaving the property today. The one day they did clean our room, they went through our luggage. Nothing was missing, but i keep my luggage zippers closed in a certain position. When we came back the zippers were closed to the other end of the suite case. My wife and I just came back from our last day out in the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola area to a dirty room with three day old sheets. This is unacceptable. This place should be refunding us for the lack of service. And the lack of properly vetting their staff. I hope someone in leadership reads these reviews, because what has happened during our stay is completely unacceptable.
