- HOHeidi O2 days ago2.0Beware of extra charges added to your bill listed as gratuity with no explanation. Room is nice but at a high price. Do not recommend breakfast packages-food was not great. Suggest taking a photo of all room charge bills for documentation during stay to reconcile at checkout. Something seemed very shady with extra room charges at checkout.

The whole place was friendly and they went the extra mile to keep our cars safe and make our experience memorable! Special thanks to Mystic who juggled everything beautifully!

Also for whatever reason, the elevator kept making weird buzzing noises and the red emergency light kept flashing. I also didn’t like how there wasn’t a hot water station and that we had to ask concierge to get it for us.
