- SSSuri SanchezOct 28, 20251.0I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel for just two days, and the experience was terrible. I was promised three beds, but upon arrival, we were only given two beds and a horrible pullout that was completely uncomfortable and not at all what we paid for. The manager, Marcel, was the one who booked my reservation, yet when I brought up the issue, he completely denied responsibility and tried to act as if he hadn’t handled it. The management team takes zero accountability and provides awful customer service. Both the assistant general manager and the general manager could truly benefit from taking a course in how to properly treat paying guests. The only positive part of our stay was the two lovely women working in the breakfast area — they were kind, welcoming, and tried to brighten our experience despite everything that went wrong. Unfortunately, because of the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism from management, I would never recommend or return to this hotel.
