Acted like guests are a nuisance. Despite being kind to her. Still tipped her. After which her “attitude” changed. —> 3/10. • Michael at Front Desk was so-so. Could improve his customer relations skills. Didn’t understand IHG Welcome Amenity. For Free Breakfast for 2. He sort of made it difficult for us. Due to lack of his knowledge & proper training. We were forced to call IHG Customer Service. After which Michael began to understand IHG policies much more quickly. —> 4/10. • This hotel’s Management really could use some professional assistance. They did not contact me back. Despite emailing them. They did not make themselves available either. —> 0/10. • I believe there was a Reception staff member named Allison. She was stellar. Provided us 1 week’s worth of breakfast coupons for the restaurant (Welcome Amenity) at a time. —> 9/10. • It was tough communicating with Housekeeping due to language barriers. When needed refills on soap, got shampoo. And vice versa. Same issue with Front Desk. Despite speaking the same language: English. • Oh, btw, this hotel’s “Management” emailed us — about their own Accounting issue. After our stay. Asking if we turned in a specific form. Too funny. When they want something, they will wrote & reached out. When we emailed them during our stay = crickets. —> 0/10. Overall, we saw room for much improvement at this property.
