I never leave such reviews but here we go: The initial cost for the room was $127 I got there and they charged us about $200 we didn’t care much because we just wanted to get some rest from driving for 24 hours. The room isn’t that nice for $200 either and There’s a drunk man outside our room by the pool blaring his speaker at midnight, we asked the hotel staff to ask him to stop. Nothing came of it. We left told the woman at the front desk, she was there by herself and seemed clueless about all the noise, and then the man outside with the speaker threatened my husband with a knife after he said he was creating a disturbance, I mean come on!!!! The staff we checked in with at 3pm were so nice, But there needs to be more staff at night than just that woman, for her own safety and hotel guest. It could just not the best neighborhood. But non guests shouldn’t be allowed on the property especially so close to the rooms. The Holiday in was so so so much better. Please stay away especially if you have children

It's just meh. Staff are nice but property is looking really tired. Couldn't get housekeeping to refresh the room so had to keep getting towels from the front desk. Thermostat in room doesn't seem to do anything. Took an afternoon shower after working out and had no hot water (always had hot water in the mornings so not sure what was up). Coffee isn't good so made morning runs to Starbucks.

12.28.2025 UPDATED REVIEW YES THE ROOMS ARE POORLY INSULATED AND I HEARD A KID JABBERING 😳 WHEN I WAS TRYING TO FALL ASLEEP BUT ...it did not distract me from sleeping.... Some photos were taken at lobby and mini-market located at the Hilton Garden in the back parking lot. 12.28.2025! Upon entry I was politely greeted by a smiling Trey! What an absolutely polite gentleman! Check in was swift and he had my room keys issued before I even located my reservation. What a gem! 💎 He placed me in a room conveniently located for me and I was able to get the car unloaded and take a short walk out the back parking lot to grab a quick beverage next door at their sister property. A quick return to my room and before I knew it the sun had risen. After a long hot shower [with the most excellent water pressure] enjoyed their large breakfast buffet. Coffee was hot and the breakfast buffet was restocked on my arrival after a guests services agent observed the dishes a little low. There were scrambled eggs, assorted meats, a worth the trip taco bar, breakfast pastries and bagel 🥯 and muffins 😋. Additionally, waffles were make your own and I observed cold cereals and toppings. It appears there was also chocolate and white milk and a variety of juice and water. Although I did not swim as I'm continuing on my trip the pool was gated and there is a covered sitting area with ceiling fans. The temps were pleasant at 75° and the weather was perfect considering it is late December. Overall I chose to stay here due to reading another guest review and was NOT disappointed. Easy on off highway access as well. From meeting Liz next door while watching some football 👌 😄 🏈 to relaxing and preparing for a short drive today, the only drawback was the rather loud hard-working employee banging the buffet dishes and carts around. It can be startling when she slams the garbage around and throws items 🙄 around so just be prepared so you can enjoy yourself in spite of her hard work. She didn't seem to be happy with her job position, but she was working and throwing herself into her job. Kudos on the hard work but I wonder what happened to make her feel the need to slam everything around. 🤔 I attempted to engage her in conversation, let her know I noticed her hard work and left a tip for her. However, I would have left twice the tip but for her negative attitude towards her job. 😒 This hard-working employee is apparently unappreciated and I felt badly for her. I hope management resolves the issue as she is a keeper and never stopped grinding. She was professional in every aspect but it is noticeable that she most likely does work very hard but perhaps there are issues here to resolve. My observation is management has an issue and should reach out and assist this employee. She deserves better. She should be valued but appears she feels unseen, unheard. Great stay just don't let the negative nellies steal your sunshine. It's worth staying here.

Service staff at the front are great. Rooms are clean and well set up. But you can tell this is an older hotel that's been remodeled, and they didn't sound proof well enough. You can hear every foot step of those above and anyone in the hall. The doors slam shut in the halls and housekeeping sounds like the FBI tossing a room when they are cleaning next door, opening ever drawer and slamming it. I was working nights, so all the noise was very disruptive to sleeping. Breakfast had a decent assortment each day, but other than the breakfast meat, and occasionally having grits instead of oatmeal (~1 day a week), there was no variety in the daily offerings from one day to the next, so if you're staying very long, breakfast gets a little repetitive. Also maybe it's a Florida thing, but there was shredded chicken looking meat daily for some type of taco/burrito option. Maybe this could be something that rotated and wasnt the choice every day? I didn't see many ppl eating it. Overall still a decent place to stay. I slept and had free breakfast, so there's that.
