Air in room was broke, phone was broke, all hotel doors didn’t work with keys, no hot breakfast (claimed the food warmer was broke), coffee ran out (in the middle of breakfast) and none was ready (usually they just carry a new one out). All just came across very lazy.

Bed sure looks like it was just made Without changing the sheets. I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member but I think I’m looking into Marriott. Disappointed - not just with this one but several Hiltons this past year of traveling.
