When we arrived the lady couldn't check us in, all their systems were down. After about an hour another man showed up & checked us in within a few minutes. After getting to room we discovered someone else's clothes in the room & a bag of chips made into our bed. Very noisy all night banging in hallway. All of the shampoo & body wash in shower are empty. When I asked housekeeping lady to refill she adamantly kept repeating No, no, no over & over again. Pretty strange hotel experience overall. Stay elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at several Hiltons in the past 2 months. I’m beyond annoyed after my stay at this one. The hotel bed is terrible. The the door and walls are so thin, with people screaming in the hallway constantly. And people blasting music outside till 11pm (only turned off after calling and asking them to tell them twice). SO loud. My room key has deactivated and I had to go back downstairs to get it fixed 3 times the one night I was here. Before bed, I called the front desk to ask what time breakfast is. Naturally, they lied and gave me the wrong time. Woke up at the CRACK of dawn for no reason. Bc duh. What else would occur if I have to drive genuinely 1k miles td! Thanks!

Good location and service for the price. Lots of food options nearby, and with the buses you can get around pretty easily. Breakfast options aren't many, but they're tasty. Sometimes they run out of items like milk/cream cheese and take a few days to restock. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
From what the other reviews say, rooms seem to be very hit or miss. In my experience, it was fine.
Room was sufficiently clean and I had no issues with the heating/cooling of the room/water. Worthy to note that room cleaning is done once every two days. There is no personal safe inside the room. Also, the walls don't block off noise very well... Wifi could be slightly faster. Kitchen was lackluster. Some of the utensils were dirty/rusty.

After my visit I left some saint card and religious item from my daughter who have a heart condition and I believe was Owen or some other with a great heart who I immediately helped me . The following day ups delivered my items , thanks a lot Hilton staff our overall stay was excellent.
