Awful experience at this hotel, would never stay here again. Upon entering our room for the first time, the foyer tile floor was all sticky and there was hair all on the floor of the shower and on the walls of the shower. All of the tile base in the bathroom was broken and the textured plastic shower floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned with comet in years. Dirty rings around the drain in the sink as well. We stayed here for three nights and they never cleaned our room one time, nor ever brought us towels. We had to go ask for towels everyday. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, and since they never came to clean the room, they never refilled the shampoo bottle. Incredibly disappointed, as I have stayed at other Home2Suites and they were perfectly fine. Incredibly disappointed with our stay here and will not be returning. The only positive was that the beds were soft.

As I can't respond directly to your comment, I am providing a second review.
First, my correct title is Dr. Anwar, not Ms. Anwar.
Second, I am a state government employee who another state government institution invited. My visit, therefore, falls under the applicable government rate policies. I am not part of a government unit that receives duty orders to report to other locations.
Throughout my stay, I repeatedly asked about the required documentation so that I could provide it. I presented my invitation letter, my travel itinerary, and my government identification. I also had my Texas Tax Exemption Form with me and informed staff that I could obtain the Florida Tax Exemption Form from the host university if needed. Despite this, the staff member with whom I spoke stated over the phone that they “could not do anything.”
Third, as I mentioned before, my concerns were not limited to the rate issue. The unprofessional conduct and discourteous behavior I encountered also contributed to my decision to leave. At no point was I able to meet with the manager, as he was never available. The front desk staff I interacted with were dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge or address my concerns, repeatedly stating that only the manager could handle the matter. The one staff member who initially indicated they would look into the issue ultimately called to say that nothing could be done.
Finally, I must inform you that your communications have been unclear throughout this process. Your first message to me was sent on the same day I arrived.

My stay at this property was highly unsatisfactory and ultimately required me to relocate to another Hilton location mid-stay (34th Street 9one, better hotel n location) which offered a better rate and substantially better service.
I was notified of a price change via email while I was in travel(in air) and unable to see/address the matter. Upon arrival, I requested to speak with the manager on multiple occasions. Despite waiting for extended periods, the manager never appeared and instead communicated only through what appeared to be AI-generated email responses.
Additionally, the front-desk staff consistently failed to acknowledge me, even when I was standing directly at the counter. As a Hilton Honors member, I found the level of service to be far below brand standards. The management’s unprofessional and discourteous conduct (not the rate change) was the primary reason I chose to transfer to another hotel, where I ultimately paid a higher nightly rate but received significantly better treatment.

The room was a good size. Separate bedroom, full size fridge, and small 3 seater table in the dining room area. Pull out couch was comfortable for my daughter. The bed in the bedroom wasn’t comfortable and the noise from the road was very loud. Breakfast was ok, it was free. Close to UF which was nice location wise. Close to lots of food options. My kids liked the “Calm” app on the TVs and used those for bedtime stories.
