  Upon arrival the staff and room was good. Day two, housekeeping cleaned the room. Day three they skipped cleaning my room despite there was not a privacy sign hanging. I had to walk downstairs to request a cleaning due to the phone not working. The desk clerk told me they only cleaning rooms every three days desite it being cleaned the other 4 days we were there. Oh yeah, they have roaches. I was present during another customer compliant and saw the Orkin man arrive.

  Absolutely abhorrent service by “Norma” and male receptionist “Owen” at the front desk. I booked a room for my girlfriend after she worked a 14 hour shift at the hospital and she was met with a nasty attitude. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office regarding this employee. There is absolutely no reason why any guest should be made to cry in the hotel lobby due to treatment from a staff member. Shame on you. EDIT: the 9am check in is not the issue, although the MANAGER “Norma” said after 20 minutes at 9:20 the check in would be possible. The problem is the nasty attitude of the receptionists and the blatant LIES. This place needs real staff training. Ive worked in hospitality for over 15 years, this is not how customers are treated. Lying about everything down to the rude disrespectful remarks made by your staff is the problem! I will make sure to follow up with corporate regarding this issue again and again. Very glad there is camera footage in this day and age!

  My son and his girlfriend were visiting friends. They decided to sleep in. The friends then went to the hotel and was able to get a room key without even being on the reservation or providing any identification. This is a major security breech and complete and utter violation of their privacy. Hotel was clueless and only offered an apology after some serious complaining they offered to comp them one night stay. BEWARE!!
