- BKBrian kirby4 days ago2.0Arrived 11/19/25 830 pm and the manager told me that I should of called first to see if they had parking for a box truck , I have a reservation, he said so I still should of called , I circled the building and parked , he should of thanked me for staying at his hotel and gave me my membership bag of goodies and told me to have a good night , guess I will avoid this hotel in my travels for work . And the room was nice , nice shower , but a/c was behind a desk .

My biggest thanks to Melissa and Amarys at the front desk and Westyn and Aidan at the breakfast service (and of course the chiefs in the back) for always having a huge smile, great attitude, and outstanding customer service skills!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back without a doubt!

Luckily the noise stopped. The front desk heard it but used the excuse, it is a college town while talking to me on the phone.

The man on the phone told me I had my reservation ready for the next day and there was no shuttle service available from the airport to the hotel. After lyfting to the hotel I was informed my reservation was cancelled months ago and there's a shuttle service to the hotel. They didn't offer anything for this mistake and informed us they only had a room available for the one night we came in, while the original reservation was for 4 nights. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication especially since I called to check before I flew in and was told my reservation was good.

The staff has been nothing less than excellent in just general customer service but also caring and going out of their way to remedy any situations that were shot not ideal. But situations they bore no responsibility in. Still my favorite place to stay in Gainesville going for almost 20 years.
