Rooms are a step above adequate. Honestly, if you've been to any 3+star hotel (not motel) you understand that amenities can only go to a certain level. That said, the bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The service is were they earn their props and accolades. I happen to be staying there while they were hosting a reunion of some kind, a conference, and several schools for a debate competition. Even with what had to be close to 80% occupancy, I was still treated with dignity and respect. I requested an extra blanket and received it within 10 minutes. Room service was prompt and temperature controlled, and the front desk asked me daily if there was anything I needed. Parking was a bit of a hassle (read above for situation), but even so, the are adjoining lots with gated entry which they provided a voucher for.

Stayed here for business several times and have mixed feelings. The conference center itself is very nice - clean, well-organized, and a solid space for meetings. That part is done well. However, the guest room experience misses the mark. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, which is tough when you’re traveling for work and need real rest. There’s also no microwave in the room, so you have to go downstairs and hunt for one - pretty inconvenient when you’re on a tight schedule. On top of that, the trash cans are extremely narrow and barely hold more than a water bottle, which feels impractical for longer stays. Overall, great conference space, but the rooms could use some thoughtful upgrades to better support business travelers.

We had a terrible experience checking in with manager Nick. He was very rude and not helpful in accommodating our needs. However, Starr was amazing and really helpful in mediating the conversation.

Hotel staff lies, I will reconsider ever staying again. Your customer service just gives lip service. We are in town for our daughter’s graduation from Grad school at the University of Florida, we have 2 rooms booked, called to ask if it were possible to check in early as my daughter needs to change ( we are traveling up from Melbourne) the Front Desk girl asked what time, I asked for 10:30, she confirmed, all good, the rooms we have are vacant. Upon my daughter’s arrival there were no rooms available, she was told 1:30, my wife got on phone and was promised a room by 12:30. Upon my arrival at 1:30 there still no room available for us and none for my daughter. A manager was able to get us a room and the front desk supervisor Nick promised the second room would be ready shortly. It’s an hour later and room 211 hasn’t even yet been started to be cleaned. It seems as though one lies, the other lies more and I can hear the conversation between the front desk supervisor & house cleaning. They offered nothing to remedy this situation and you can bet I will be posting a less than 1 star review
