However, this place earned a 5 star review just because of how great the front desk receptionist Seven was. Seven was highly professional, checking in on us along the way. When we had an issue with the sleeper sofa (again this place isn’t brand new…) Seven was able to get us a roll away bed quickly. Outstanding service helps me overlook a couple of cracks and an otherwise average hotel.

Update: Left a message for Xavier. Now I wait...Still waiting. Had car trouble so had to cancel my reservation. Wasn’t offered to switch to when my car was fixed. Left a message on the Managers voicemail and never got a call back. Charged full amount. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Shame on you Hampton Inn Gainesville. 👎
