    Final update: Never did call me back. My review stands. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 2nd Update: Called the same day Xavier left the note here. Still no call back. My review stands - even more dissatisfied that he told me to call and I did and left a message and no call back. There are so many other places to stay. Update: Left a message for Xavier. Now I wait...Still waiting. Had car trouble so had to cancel my reservation. Wasn’t offered to switch to when my car was fixed. Left a message on the Managers voicemail and never got a call back. Charged full amount. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Shame on you Hampton Inn Gainesville. 👎

    Clean, comfortable room, big TV. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Best free breakfast in a hotel in almost 10 years (and I spend about 9 months a year in hotels. Hilton LIFETIME Diamond Member). Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

    It was a great hotel but the room had dirty linen, on the floor, in it when we checked in. If that had not occurred, it would have been 5 stars.
