- TMTatiana Mikhaylova3 days ago2.0I was genuinely planning to give this hotel 5 stars for the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast — especially the fresh omelets made to order, which is something you rarely see in similar hotels. Unfortunately, my overall impression of the stay was ruined by a very upsetting incident involving my stolen Apple AirPods. I accidentally left the AirPods in the room during checkout. As soon as I realized the loss, I immediately returned to the hotel. The front desk staff were polite and tried to help by checking the lost and found, but the item wasn’t there. When we turned on the Apple device location system, it showed the AirPods inside the hotel at first. However, as we approached the indicated spot, the location suddenly started moving away from the hotel, which clearly shouldn’t have happened if the item had simply been misplaced. We were unable to recover the AirPods, and I left my contact information in case they turn up — although, realistically, I doubt they ever will. It’s extremely disappointing to start my Thanksgiving break with my family this way after months of hard work. This unfortunate incident overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.
- ECE CNov 16, 20251.0Awful experience I booked for a Gator game and the week prior to the game was told we could not check in to the facility until after 7:30 pm and we could not access the property at all nor could we park our car there until after 730pm which is the start of the gator game. Check in is supposed to be 4:00pm according to my reservation but they did not care and informed me if I showed up early I would be asked to leave! Will never stay here again.
