  First of all the hotel smells refreshing and the customer service was exceptional. Isabel was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very and comfortable. I will definitely stay again

  Very clean hotel, service was excellent. I fully recommend this hotel because the area is so quiete than another hotel. Manager of the hotel was very attentive and always solved all our questions and concerns. Breakfast was good and always warm. Some restaurants close, I fully recommend Papa's Smoke House 10 minutes driving of distance. Is a must-see visit barbecue restaurant.

  One of the best IHG hotels I've ever stayed at. I'm super picky and hard to please...they managed to knock it out of the park for me. Comfortable rooms and super inviting service. Every single person that works here was polite and friendly. They even give complimentary gifts when you arrive and depart. Other IHG hotels need to mimic the exemplary service and hospitality that this place provides. Special thanks to Chloe and Marvelous. They were great. Also the entire breakfast team handled with care, a very disgruntled and rude guest waiting on a pancake and cake. Will be back for sure.

  Having never stayed in the area this was a pleasant find. This hotel is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Destin is only 30 minutes away if you are wanting to shop or hit a brewery. Staff was great. They were welcoming and available for questions at any hour of the day and night. I have been in so many hotels while traveling on business that you go to the lobby and it looks like a ghost town. This was not the case here. The breakfast was fresh and the employees that were helping in that area kept it clean and were attentive to every hotel guest. Great place to stay.

  The cleanest hotel I have ever been at. They clean all day literally!! Rooms was spotless it’s a very simple hotel but well organized. The water pressure in the sinks is not the best but the showers were great. The beds super comfortable especially the pillows . Drive is 30 minutes from Destin . Food in the area was not that good . Hotel was friendly but did not allow for early check in or charges 50 dollars for early check in . The breakfast was basic didn’t really like it . Eggs was fake they had pancakes but those tasted fake to but it’s free so no real reason to complain. I have allergies and the only real issue was they spray a lot of perfume smelling spray but that shouldn’t bother people without allergies. It’s decent for the price and if cleanest is top on your needs this hotel will meet that
