  I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. From the moment we walked in, the front desk attendant was unwelcoming and dismissive. There was no greeting, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience despite the lobby being completely empty. I had accidentally gone to the wrong location and politely showed my booking confirmation when she couldn’t find my reservation. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy, she responded in a condescending tone and said, “That’s why you’re at the wrong location,” without offering any helpful guidance or professionalism. As we were leaving, she added an unnecessary comment: “Next time, don’t bring all your stuff in.” This felt rude and completely uncalled for, especially given that we were simply trying to check in and had no way of knowing we were at the wrong location until speaking with her. I understand mistakes happen, and I took full responsibility for going to the wrong place. However, there is no excuse for treating guests with such disrespect. A little kindness and professionalism would have made a big difference in this interaction. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the establishment.

  Not satisfied, charge too much, cleaning crew dont clean, stained sheets stolen remote, just s few would rather go outside usa

  I had such an amazing stay, and I have to give all the credit to Ms. Shaula. She made me feel like more than just a guest - she treated me with genuine care, patience, and top-tier hospitality. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, she handled everything with a smile. Her energy and professionalism made my trip unforgettable. This hotel is lucky to have her.

  Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and didn't have any complaints. Shaule was excellent and for you at front desk! Thank you
