Air conditioner in my last room sounded like a freight train when on....lucky it got cool and had heat on so I didn't have to hear it long. Breakfast food was terrible. Cold to warm at best. I eventually told front counter about it but it was still bad. I have stayed here before and it wasn't like this at all. Something must have changed for sure.... One positive note the water pressure in this last room was amazing for a change!!! We stayed at Thanksgiving time and it was that full at all so that shouldn't have been the issue with food.

The scent throughout the entire hotel — both in the common areas and the rooms — is wonderful. The staff is super friendly. We came for work, and while I was working in the business area, my children were with me drawing. When the reception staff noticed, they immediately came over to offer them coloring supplies. The Christmas decorations were beautiful — everything was so well taken care of. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but there was delicious coffee available to guests all day long. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because the weather was really bad, but we did use the gym, and it was clean, with towels and water available. A huge thank you to everyone working at this hotel — from reception to housekeeping, and Marcela in the breakfast area. They were extremely kind, hardworking, and always had a smile and a kind word. People like this truly make a difference. I would come back 100 times.
