  Whoever the guy is that's working the front desk is very rude. Working a customer service job with 0 customer service skills is the new norm unfortunately. Im a hilton diamond member and stay 100+ nights yearly and the guy for one doesn't acknowledge that, (no big deal) typically they do. Second he denies me my "MyWay" benefits because I booked via engine which I always do and never had this issue 100+ stays until this guy has his say, saying he will not give me any water / snack that i literally signed up to receive. Unreal experience over something so measly. Thanks for ruining the stay! (Josh) is the employees name, he explained that's how he was trained after talking to him again later in the night. Guess I'll cut him some slack and say management needs to do better clearly, since this situation is a result from their training.

  We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel; however, it was under construction during our visit, and the hot tub was filled with leaves.

  The lady at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to help us when we arrived and offered extra towels when we came in from the pool. The room was a wonderful surprise, it looks recently renovated and very clean. We haven’t tried the breakfast buffet yet, but judging by the coffee station and how everything is presented, I’m sure it will be great. The pool was a good temperature, and the bed is super comfortable! The king suite has plenty of space for our family to spread out, which we really appreciate. There’s also a Walmart just a mile away and lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Overall, a a great stay, highly recommend!

  Extremely impressed with my initial check in and stay at this newly renovated Hilton Hampton Inn. From some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical going into it, I called the hotel ahead of time to see how far along the renovations are, they let me know they are wrapping them up and are currently in the lobby and that will be the final phase. When I checked in the room was ice cold, crisp clean air. The lightning is a good mix of bright daylight and warm light in the room. Plenty of hooks in the bathroom, as well as in the main hall area when you enter the room. Lighting in the bathroom is excellent, it is bright and crisp white with a backlit mirror, with plenty of towels. A major highlight for me is the blinds in the window, both of them are sealed on both sides, the outer blind is a shade blind that lets light through and maintains privacy, the inner blind completely blocks the light. This is important for me as I work at night and sleep during the day. The walk-in shower has a brand new Speakman shower head, which is top of the line stuff, very glad to see. I will add any updates as needed

  My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and it was two to many! The room was so hot when we got there and it smelled like new paint or new carpet. The entire hotel was filthy. We were awoken to drills and hammers in the morning. The hot tub was broken and the pool full of leaves. There was a homeless man who came out of the woods and went in and helped himself to free breakfast and slept by the pool. Wow! I told the clerk that the trash can had been knocked over outside and was covered in ants and he laughed, the can was still there 5 hours later. The was a baseball team of teenagers staying there. They were playing football in the drop off area and screaming profanity. I was almost hit in the head with a football, and my husband is a Reverend. We complained and nothing happened. Later that evening the kids were running up and down our hallway and slamming doors all night. We complained and nothing happened. Another guest changed floors due to the noise. We complained about 4 times and finally just gave up. The desk staff were totally incompetent. We always stay at Hampton inn and suites because it's always clean and quiet. We will not make this mistake again. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. Luckily there was no fire while we were there seeing as how all the smoke alarms were covered in painters tape. DANGEROUS HOTEL!!
