The original reservation was made for the wrong date and was corrected (by us) within about 10 minutes. However, Expedia never sent the correction to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel 45 minutes later, the hotel had no reservation in their system for the correct night. Jessica was on duty at the front desk that night, and she immediately jumped into action, contacting with Expedia to help us get the proper refund of the overcharged amount, and she booked us for the night needed, and got everything corrected and completed. Her professionalism was stellar!! She was amazing and helped put 2 tired travelers at ease. Thank you Jessica for all you did for us!!
