The property feels old and in need of updates, from the rooms to the common areas. In our room, the refrigerator and AC unit were both very noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. This was a constant distraction throughout our stay. The location itself didn’t feel very safe for walking at night, which made us uncomfortable stepping outside after dark. For a hotel in a downtown area, this was disappointing. Overall, while the staff was polite, the condition of the building and the surroundings would make us consider other options in the area next time.
