Older hotel under renovations and NO complimentary breakfast as advertised. Says restaurant on site that's never open for dinner. Hotel staff was nice and refunded for bad experience. Thank you. Wouldn't stay again until fully renovated.

We reserved a standard king room and even called on the day of our stay to let them know we would wouldn’t be checking in until 9pm. Once we got to our room we had 2 Queen beds, not the king we booked. We went back to the desk and were told they had no king rooms left and nothing was said to us about it at check in. We were told there was nothing they could do other than offer us additional points since we are an ihg member. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and our tv didn’t work. They did come to the room and fix the tv. Now the free buffet breakfast which is in the Edison restaurant …. The tables were filthy and sticky, dirty dishes left with no one to pick them up. They had everything in sternos but not one had the burners lit so everything was cold and honestly even if it came out hot I still wouldn’t have eaten it. It was discusting. Thought I couldn’t go wrong with the French toast boy was I wrong! It tasted like cardboard. We left after taking 2 bites. WORST EXPIERENCE EVER at a Holiday Inn!

As a silver member of Holiday Inn properties, this was our first day at a Holiday Inn versus a Holiday Inn express. The hotel is under rehab rooms were clean. Nothing was refilled no coffee pods. The floor was never swept. We were very disappointed with the responses from the Hotel clerk his comment was “most people don’t want their coffee refilled after the first day“ problem is we stayed there three nights we were used to having coffee in the lobby and coffee pods in our room. The hotel restaurant was worn out and had odd decor which would’ve been OK except for the one morning we had breakfast there. It was a buffet. They had no eggs no sausage grits that look like they’ve been sitting there all day and canned fruit it was not free. we were told by the staff that they would be back to a menu breakfast the next day and that they only do menu breakfast only if they had no team staying at the hotel. We tried to have a cocktail, but they were not open during the hours, the pool area does not look like the pictures. The furniture is a little worn out and the pool is not heated. Overall we would never stay at this property again we felt as silver members. We are used to getting a free bottle of water at check-in and some simple extra perks we didn’t get anything extra and baseline expectations were not achieved either we’ve been staying at Holiday Inn properties since we retired and we are now questioning whether we will continue to stay at them or look for a different hotel group for our further travels. they were under construction. It was noisy and because they have teams that stay there, the slamming doors at 6 AM in the morning was not appreciated. Another problem was - not enough parking in their lot, there were posted signs saying that they weren’t responsible for anything that happened in the parking lot. This was a little offputting as a feel they should offer a base level of security to a parking lot.

Terrible room with high price! The hotel is so dirty.
The rooms smell bad too. I understand they have construction going on… in that case they should have lowered the price. Didn’t expect this kind of rooms with this high price.

We had the worst experience over the weekend in this property, the Hotel was under remodalation and no one informed us, the 1st Room the blinds were not working, we have a hard time to change a room, the new room had smoke smell, and the furniture were dirty and burn with cigarette, the TV stand in a deplorable conditions, dust everywhere in the hallways, the breakfast was cold and awful. And the price like everything was 5 stars. I do not recommend this Hotel.
