- SESashika EdwardsFeb 19, 20261.0TERRIBLE HOTEL!!! Recently stayed here for a family event. The only good thing I can say about this hotel was it was located near lots of food, and area attractions and they had a good pancake machine for breakfast. I could have slept on the bus stop instead and enjoyed that. The smell once you get on the hotel floor was repulsive! Smells like mildew and mold. The room was definitely not IHG quality. More like motel 6. My sheets had strange spots on them. The desk chair had stains that appeared to be semen. The shower faucet leaked. There was rust and mold all over the bathroom. The bathroom door was stripping. I left all day and came back to no clean towels or housekeeping completed. Apparently they are short staffed. I was told they would hold $75 deposit for incidentals when I checked in, instead I was double charged $75 and almost an additional $200, how inconvenient!! My expectations weren’t the highest for the location but at $240 a night I expected at least a decent room I could comfortably sleep in. NO BUENO!!

Couldn't adjust up or down and on the coldest nights of the last 20yrs in FL, we wanted to warm up a little. Couldn't do it. They wouldn't help and just shrugged it off. Breakfast was fairly stock. Nothing special, but edible.
