    Was there for an annual ECHO training seminar The service and the lunch were spectacular Not sure about the rooms but the staff and conference rooms are awsome

    Love this hotel. Stay here whenever we're in the area for a quick one-night stay or so so convenient to use their laundry facility on the second floor. Beds are very comfortable with good quality linens. This is what I like most about hotels, quality linens that don't make you hot when you sleep.

    No upgrades for IHG platinum members ..Rude staff … no safe deposit box, shampoo and soap bottles empty which you discover while in midst of the shower. No standard English breakfast tea in the room that had to be requested. Thankfully it was only one night.

    My room didn’t have caffeinated coffee. I called downstairs and spoke to the night manager, Nick. He was so gracious and brought me a nice hot cup of coffee AND a cup of creamer. With an extremely hectic schedule as a flight attendant, it truly made my day that much better. Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond the call of duty!

    I just wanted to share the fantastic time my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Right from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a lovely aroma that really set the mood for our visit. A big shoutout to Rona at the front desk for being so courteous and for giving us an upgrade to a room with an amazing lake view.
