- ASAlphonso Sciortino1 day ago1.0Probably one of the worst IHG rooms I've ever stayed in. The bed, it's like sleeping on the floor. Hard as a brick and so uncomfortable. The room is basic and dates back a bunch of years. Housekeeping is nice and staff was ok. I look for a decent room and bed when traveling but this wasn't it. Pay the little bit extra for comfort.

My coworker and I had different rates $232 and $187 and we checked in at the same time and checked out at the same time. I talked to manager and she said she couldn't do anything about it. Front desk was not friendly. The only good thing was free washer and dryer.
