- NHNelvil HollingsworthFeb 28, 20261.0Nice Staff. Clean room. BUT, the room was VERY wet (humidity unchecked). Sheets were so damp you couldn't even turn over in bed, resulting in a horrible night's sleep. This could have been prevented. The A/C unit had a 'dry' function but it was inadequate to remove so much moisture. A de-humidifier for an hour or two could have helped remedy this situation. Ask to see your room first.

She treated us with disrespect and talked down to my husband and I .She had glasses and brown hair .Kevin wouldn’t give me her name so I could put a complaint in .i am currently travelling and want to write the corporate office for IHG .i have never felt so horrible after dealing such a person .I would have gone to a different hotel but couldn’t because of high season rates etc.i have a card from the front desk saying the general managers name is Delia !
