Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nötige Reparaturen wurden nicht ausgeführt. Das spürt man von der Rezeption bis ins Zimmer.
Sauberkeit der Zimmer 3/5, da Haare vom vorherigen Gast zu sehen waren sowie dessen Shampoo, Boden zwischen Bett und Nachtisch dreckig und schubladen der Schränke offen.
Frühstück ist als Europäer ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Auswahl sehr klein aber kein problem. Kaffee in warmhalte Behälter, war aber ok. Das Einweggeschirr, prägt hier das Erlebnis besonders. Bei einem Schnellimbiss ist das okay, aber nicht in einem Hotel ...
Positiv muss man allerdings das Personal hervorheben. Dieses waren stets freundlich und bemüht.

Unprofessional Manager Experience
I stayed at the Best Western in Fort Myers and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of the manager.
During my stay, my service dog was using the barroom in the dirt area outside. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, the manager approached me in a very aggressive manner, yelling and insisting it was not in a designated pet area. Treating me to kick me out of my room What made the situation worse was that she got directly in my face and spoke to me in an extremely rude and confrontational way.
I completely understand and respect pet policies, and I was willing to address the issue immediately. However, there is no excuse for a manager to treat a guest with that level of disrespect. Her behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.i walk to the office explaining the situation and i ask u can pull the cámara and see how she came at me and they also were unbelievable Rudy tell us no we not u need to go I have never ever had anything like that anywhere happen my dog was shaking be hide me this is not Acceptable
I expected better customer service and basic professionalism from a hotel manager. Because of this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you value respectful treatment

Run!!
Reserved a room that supposedly had a view of water! It over looked a roof with all kinds of vents etc sticking up.
We asked to be moved better view but entire room was disgustingly dirty, beat up furniture
bedding was 20 years old. One review mentioned bed bugs so we immediately pulled down blanket. None to be found but after looking at 2 different rooms both so bad..we asked for a refund.
It was as if the gal at front desk was prepared and has heard this many times.
We luckily last minute book a room at the Dounle Tree. Much more expensive but worth every penny.
The receptionist was very nice...the only plus in an already long day of travel.
Dont waste your time or money. When I read the positive reviews Im wondering if they stayed at a different location.

The room was specious, clean, and had a perfect waterview. Large king bed, clean sheets, extra towels. Room #661 on 6th floor has small fridge, microwave, iron, iron board, hair dryer, TV, office desk, small sofa with pullout bed, plenty of closet space for anyone traveling. Breakfast is in the 3Fishermen restaurant dining area equipped with celeing tall windows facing the Bay and providing beautiful view of the water and the peer. Hot buffet style breakfast included: waffles, sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs. Also for breakfast: coffee, tea, juce, milk, bagels, cream cheese, fresh apples, cereal, muffins. Breakfast is complimentary served daily 6:30am to 9:00 am.
