    Absolutely the most incredible customer service I have experienced at a hotel that I can remember the rooms are always clean and well maintained. For being much a busy location the genuine one on one customer service you receive to help you with everything is absolutely incredible. I spend a week at a time here with work and would highly recommend this as the hotel of choice for this area

    This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk manager was already yelling at other guests during check-in. When we entered our room, we immediately saw roaches, food debris, a filthy couch, and sheets that clearly hadn’t been changed. Most importantly, THE DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK. When I politely asked the desk manager for another room and showed him photos, he became hostile, called me “dumb” and walked away to a back room. We left within 15 minutes of checking in. When I found the desk manager again, I asked to be checked out. He again shouted insults and walked away – refusing to help. I told him he left me no choice but to leave the room keys (I’ve shared photos) and go to IHG corporate. He dared me to do so declaring they would “do nothing” along with “AND this is all on camera!” We immediately notified IHG customer service. IHG has repeatedly apologized but said they couldn’t refund us because the hotel is independently operated. This Ft Lauderdale operator overturned my credit card dispute claiming we breached the IHG “No Show” policy. IHG has done nothing to mediate this stance. The operator gave a partial refund which explicitly states “refund due to roaches and door not working.” That said, they maintain that since their desk manager refused to check us out, it’s as if we never attempted. The manager refuses to speak to me, instead opting to have a poor lady act as a go-between (I can hear him speak, and her repeat his every word – she then conveys what I say to him). He knew the full events shortly after it happened and either refused to consult the video footage or, more likely (based on other 1-star reviews naming the same people), he does not care. I do not believe a single nice review for this location is real. They survive on proximity to the airport and the cruise terminal. After three months of disputes, we only received a partial refund. This independent operator refuses to do the right thing. IHG refuses to do the right thing. We will wind down all of our Elite points and be done with IHG for good.

    I don’t recommend staying here- the only positive experience I had was with Mac at the front desk, he’s a friendly and helpful worker! The one star is for him. Otherwise: -Waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, then when he finally arrived he had a bad attitude and didn’t speak to me. He was on the phone the whole time while driving and drove erratically, stopping short and almost rear ending people on many occasions. Then, he dropped me off at the wrong hotel and I had to walk over with my luggage. Very unsafe -The room itself was filthy, every towel was covered in long hair and the bed and counters had hair on them as well. Every surface, desk, etc was covered in what I assume was spilled drinks and everything was sticky. There’s no way this room was cleaned in between stays. The breakfast was what you would expect, except the breakfast staff was constantly spraying chemicals all over surfaces where food was being serviced which was unappetizing, felt like I was eating chemicals. I let the front desk know about the room cleanliness on the way out, but nothing was done. It was a quick, one night stay and it’s a hassle to switch rooms for such quick trips, I’m sure any other room would have been in similar condition anyway.

    Awesome experience! Our flight cancelled and we were able to get a room at this wonderful hotel! The front desk Sonia and Mac were very professional, kind, thanked us for being a member and treated us like family! The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast free and alot to choose from..hot cinnamon rolls ,scrumptious! Mac was very generous in showing us places to go and even loaned me an umbrella!! Sonia and Mac made sure our every need was taken care of!! Sonia calmed us down when we got there and made sure the free shuttle got to us! The shuttle driver "Jamaicia" Was also kind and optimistic! Stay here, you won't be disappointed! Bed comfy and shower hot !! They turned our 3 day nightmare into a very pleasant stay! Thank you !!

    It's not the location's fault that I'm not happy. It was because we'd flown into FLL and got in after midnight (blizzard kept us from arriving the day before). We'd called the reservation line and were told they had 2 rooms available. We were hoping to catch some sleep and a shower before boarding our cruise. After being dropped off by an Uber, we were informed (by the very nice young woman there) that they were booked solid and didn't even have a dirty room they could clean for us. None of the hotels in the vicinity could accommodate us, so we had to call an Uber to get back to FLL and sit in the cold airport till morning. Like I said, the desk clerk was very nice. But that reservation line could do better.
