The Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is one of my favorite Florida properties due to the excellency customer service and spacious rooms.
Like any FS the rooms were immaculately clean and beautiful. However, I thought these rooms were larger than the other FS Florida properties. What specifically attracted me to this property was the experiences that the hotel offers such as paragliding and jet ski-ing.
We had breakfast; lunch; and dinner at Evelyn’s and it was well worth it! We specifically always stay at a four seasons property for Thanksgiving, and this exceeded any other Thanksgiving dinner expectations. There was a beautiful chocolate fountain, your traditional Thanksgiving food, and also a raw bar. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and exactly what you would expect out of a FS.
Well, it is somewhat disappointing that the beach is not directly attached to the property and it’s across the street, it’s again only across the street. The FS still has their own private beach with exceptional cabana service with food and drinks. The pool has exceptional views of the beach with a large array of seating. You never feel crowded at this property.
The hotel was very dog friend which we appreciate and was handicap accessible.
I will come back to this property when I’m in Fort Lauderdale!

Definitely one of the best Four Seasons properties I’ve been to! Incredible views, great staff members, and amazing amenities. The spa is top notch, I would definitely recommend getting a massage while you’re staying here. The pool area is also great, but the beach section that you have access to is the real joy. Overall I would absolutely recommend, I’ll certainly be coming back!

We booked this stay through Amex Platinum and had high expectations, especially with perks like a 12pm check-in. I even requested a 2pm check-in three months in advance.
Upon arrival, we were told there were no upgrades available — totally fine. But then we were informed our room wouldn’t be ready until after standard check-in time. That’s unacceptable, especially given the advance notice and booking channel.
It got worse. At check-in, we were told there was no pack-and-play available, despite having confirmed this months ago. I had to pull up proof before they suddenly “found one.” Traveling with two young kids, this created unnecessary stress right at arrival.
Dining was another major miss. Breakfast at Evelyn was painfully slow, with long delays that made it unenjoyable. On our last day, we ordered room service breakfast and were promised delivery by 8:40am. It didn’t arrive on time, required a follow-up call, and when it finally showed up — it was cold.
The most frustrating moment came on our last day. Our flight was delayed, so we asked to extend our stay in the same room. The receptionist quoted us double our nightly rate, yet online, a larger ocean-view suite was available for only about $100 more than our original rate. That disconnect felt completely unreasonable.
To be fair, there were a few bright spots:
• Housekeeping was excellent — the room was always spotless
• The bar staff was fantastic, and Matt in particular was a standout
• The spa experience was great — my wife loved her massage
However, service overall was a major letdown. On departure, I was left to drag four bags to the car myself — no one offered assistance.
This experience fell far below the Four Seasons standard. We ended up checking out and moving across the street.
Would not return. Avoid if you’re expecting true Four Seasons-level service.

Another Four Seasons hit! From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted with kindness, intention, and top-notch service. We arrived earlier than check in (fresh off an early cruise departure) and they held our bags for us and allowed us to use the hotel pool until our room was ready. It ended up feeling like a bonus vacay day (even though we were technically in Fort Lauderdale for business).
We had five of us staying in a 2-bedroom partial ocean view residence. It might be our very favorite hotel “room” in all our many travels and across many Four Seasons properties. Absolutely incredible in every sense of the word. Immaculate housekeeping meant the rooms were so clean and comfy, too. We were all obsessed with the Le Labo bath products—the perfect touch for such a chic hotel.
The entire facility is elite. Absolutely beautiful and with incredible service that we’ve come to adore at all Four Seasons properties. The lobby offered morning coffee and light pastries, running maps and cool towels, and wonderful decor. The beachfront property is easy to access and the beach attendants did a wonderful job setting it up for us on days we weren’t in business meetings. Shout out to Anderson in the beach concierge for going above and beyond to set up our chairs/cabanas!
Honestly, this property is enough to make us want to visit Fort Lauderdale just to come stay here again for fun. Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed in a residential suite here with two rooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and generously sized balcony. We were visiting with our baby, so we had many meals out on the terrace overlooking the ocean. While the finishes were stylish and the layout of the apartment was wonderful for our family, unfortunately, we will not be visiting again.
Without fail, the hotel next door generates an absurd amount of noise every morning. They have a loading dock with with beeping trucks visiting every day, the dumpster gets emptied every morning, and had a scheduled power washing of the facade on a Saturday morning using a loud compressor. We asked our room service to set up breakfast on the terrace multiple mornings and they all expressed that they felt bad for their guests on the south-facing side of the hotel due to all the noise since it is a regular occurrence. We were visiting from Manhattan, so we’re not sensitive to noise, but this was unreal. While I understand it’s not Four Season’s responsibility, it was a huge damper on our ability to relax.
