PARKING: included, which is another reason I chose this place. No problems finding parking.
SERVICE: efficient/mildly friendly desk reception. We had to wait past check-in time to get our room, which wasn't ready yet, but it wasn't more than a 30 minutes wait.
ROOM: Approx $525.00 for two-night's stay in a DBLE Queen room booked directly through hotel web site. Room was very clean (except for dirty windows, but not here for the view of the parking lot). Loved the choice of pillows of soft and firm; softer bed if that's to your liking, nice large bathroom with soft backlights on the large mirror, AC worked well, microwave and fridge, safe. It was quiet, but no Spring Break traffic yet.
Microwave and fridge in the room handy; had a cheap dinner from ready-made and heat-and-eat foods from the nearby Publix for convenience.
BREAKFAST (6:30 AM - 9:30 AM): Hot breakfast with a special perk at this location: coffee with fresh-ground coffee beans. Also included: biscuits/gravy, pork/turkey sausage, potatos, fluffy egg omelets w/ cheese, fresh fruits, milk, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, soy milk, chocolate milk, cinnamon rolls, peanut butter/jams/jellies/teas. Breakfast attendants nice and friendly.
LOCATION: Convenient to the airport location, attractions like the MAI-KAI Restaurant and Polynesian Show (highly recommended), shopping malls, Sunshine Bakery (9 min from hotel, didn't get to go but it was on the list).
Highly recommend this place ! The staff is exceptional especially the waitress / helper during breakfast.
We went for a vacation/business trip, Feb 27-March 2nd. Everyone was nice and super helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything I need, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Shower water pressure was good too which I find important. My flight leaving was so late (7pm) and they helped me out with a late checkout, which was so nice. The parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Publix and gas stations very close by. The location is about 12-15 minutes from the beach. Straight down the road and boom you’re at the beach 🙌🏼. Holiday Inn complimentary breakfast was delicious in the morning ! Compliments to Chef Natalie !! She kept the food coming out hot and ready. Only complaint I had for this stay is that the elevators were a bit slow. We took the stairs most of the time but that’s okay to get some extra exercise. They did say they are changing the elevators soon so there’s that. I’d def come back and stay here.

Standard holiday inn express. The windows are thin and being on the airport facing side we could hear the road and plane traffic with the shades closed and a/c on. Housekeeping was a little spotty and forgot to replace the towels they took 2 of the 5 nights we were there. I was hoping to use the pool, but it was really cold and shady in the afternoon so we didn't end up using it which was kind of a bummer. Breakfast was average and well staffed.

This Holiday Inn Express was outstanding. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well designed. The bed was genuinely comfortable, and I loved the abundance of outlets and charging options - perfect for travel tech and a CPAP.
The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh, hot, and much better than the typical complimentary breakfasts I've come to expect elsewhere.
I've spent many years loyal to a certain very large hotel brand (whose name may or may not rhyme with Chariot). I almost never book outside of that ecosystem. This stay has changed that. Holiday Inn Express has officially earned my future business, especially if this location is any indication of the brand standard
