    The customer service I received at this location as an IGH member was so disappointing. The front desk clerk was SO RUDE. Like most when I’m traveling l lock my card. I had just arrived, not been off my flight for 10 mins, it’s loud in the airport & I’m trying to get myself together after a long flight. I received a phone call from them @ 3:30 about running my card & it was declined. I told the lady to give me a min, yes l still wanted my room & was still coming. I asked her if they were sold out of near because I understood making sure you don’t have wasted booked rooms. She said No, & kept asking for a new card number. I told her the card is good, & again it’s only 3:30 check in just started. ( let me get out this airport) THEY CANCELED MY FREAKING RESERVATION! I was glad cause poor customer service is a NO in my book & if she was like this over the phone, I thought I know her customer service SUCKS!! Well I’m thankful for being an IHG member because l found a better room. However l did continue to check this location to see if they were sold or selling out, but nope l even checked around 11PM & still had the option to book a room there. I hope no one books here!

    Missed my connection and stayed the night here before catching the next flight in the morning. No issues, we liked staying. The shuttle wasn't available to take us to the hotel in the evening or back to the airport in the morning, we used Lyft instead.

    Great location. They serve a really hearty breakfast spread. Good guest facilities. Good customer service. Similar to other Holiday Inn Express hotels we stayed, with minor differences. I would have preferred carpet in the rooms. There was a fishy smell in the bathroom at times.

    After not being able to shower the first night because of a broken shower handle, the hotel clerk working the next night was helpful in arranging us a room to shower in. Overall, a decent place to stay.

    The front desk manager doesn’t have a clue about what’s she’s doing. Love this hotel but check-in with this lady is overwhelming. Staff definitely needs a proper training. We paid 34 hundred dollars+ for a reservation for two weeks. When we arrived to check in, the front desk staff said they couldn’t find the reservation that we made through Booking.com. The manager didn’t know what to do AT ALL, she literally told me she can’t do anything and I have to call booking my self and figure out what the problem is. She said that was not the first time they had same issue, what make even worse the fact that the manager doesn’t know what to do in those situations. I had to help her to google the booking’s customer service number bc of course they didn’t have it. After two hours of the hotel blaming booking and booking blaming the hotel, they just decided to cancel the reservation and “give me a refund” which it’s gonna take 12 days or more to be back in my account, so right now I don’t have that amount of money to pay another stay again for two weeks, the manager of the hotel wasn’t even able to give us any solution. Did i mention that I paid 34 hundred dollars for this reservation?? Anyways, worst customer service I ever had.
