  It's not the location's fault that I'm not happy. It was because we'd flown into FLL and got in after midnight (blizzard kept us from arriving the day before). We'd called the reservation line and were told they had 2 rooms available. We were hoping to catch some sleep and a shower before boarding our cruise. After being dropped off by an Uber, we were informed (by the very nice young woman there) that they were booked solid and didn't even have a dirty room they could clean for us. None of the hotels in the vicinity could accommodate us, so we had to call an Uber to get back to FLL and sit in the cold airport till morning. Like I said, the desk clerk was very nice. But that reservation line could do better.

  The location of the hotel is great as far as distance to the airport and cruise terminals. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport at no additional cost, but the shuttle service to the cruise is about $17-20/person. The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice. The service could use some help, especially with frequent visitors coming to and from consistently. Mac and Jerimah were extremely helpful and accommodating. Sonya, on the other hand, was very direct and not as accommodating. Also, when I called to book the stay, I was told they offered shuttle service 24 hours/day. That is NOT the case. They only offer shuttle service until noon to the airport so if you have a later flight you either have to go hang out at the airport or use another way of transportation. Hope this helps future travelers.

  Great staff, food within walking distance. Great staff. Airport shuttle. Make sure you call in your shuttle pickup

  Don't be fooled when the hotel says the airport shuttle is on the way. I waited 3 hours at the pick up location. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport. Other Holiday Inn Crown Plaza shuttles came and went several times while I was waiting. After arriving at the hotel it took another hour to check in at the desk. I won't be back at this Holiday Inn location.

  Well I don’t really do this.. got my room every time to cut the light on in the bathroom I seen Roaches spoke to the young man at the front counter about it and the AC in the room wasn’t working I was told they couldn’t do anything for me I showed him the video I took of the roaches he told me if I left a review it would be deleted in a day or two went and got the Indian dude I guess who is the owner and he just told me house keeping was gone for the day and he couldn’t change my room so back to the roach room I went very disappointed for a holiday inn felt like I was in a motel 6 and no need for the owner to reply it would really just be some BS stay here at your Own Will
