  Clean room, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed two nights and interacted with several different employees. They were helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. We used the shuttle three times and the drivers were fantastic. Definitely will book again.

  Vesna is a dynamo! With a line of stranded airline passengers (all tired and mostly grumpy), she delivered friendlyservice promptly. She did so all while juggling multiple phone calls, and running dispatch with shuttle driver. What an amazing employee! Give her a raise, please!!

  Overall dealings with the the staff and management was a horrible experience in the hospitality industry. I would not refer any travelers to this property in the future. Multiple requests for service that never took place and very rude over the phone and through email. Multiple calls to still not be able to resolve the issue after a month. Every time the hotel is called we are put on hold multiple times due to a lobby full of guests to then be told to call back after 2pm to speak to Ray the manager who then says to send an email and never responds or fixes the problem. He then passes this on to the front desk manager who is not able to correct the charges and never bothers to call back. No stars deserved but have to give one to post the review.

  This was the worst stay ever.. No where on booking.com do they tell you that you pay 10 dollars to park in their parking lot, as a guest. I was moved to three rooms, 1st room beds were like sleeping on thorns, second room the door lock was broken. The young lady tells me that she does have any more rooms to give me but manages to find a room on the sam floor two doors down from the broken lock. At this point I tried from crying all night for personal reasons and just wanted to go to sleep. get in the room and the AC not working well. I'm crying and hot all at the same time. I will never come back to this hotel EVER AGAIN 😤
