False advisement. Don’t factor the “free shuttle” into your hotel decision. We arrived at the airport, gathered our bags, and tried calling them for over 45 minutes. We were either put on hold immediately or the phone wasn’t answered at all. After an hour, we had to pay for a ride to the hotel. When asked why they didn’t talk to us or answer the phone, the woman at the front desk said she was super busy and all alone so couldn’t answer the phone. However a man walked out right as she said she was alone, so that was a lie. When pressed further and asked why the shuttle was even advertised as a perk, the man just kept repeating “it’s complimentary”, so it’s not actually a guaranteed perk and seems like something to lure customers into booking.
It seemed like they know you’re there for the location and the advertisement of the shuttle, and so they don’t have to be better.
I recommend not factoring the falsely advertised “complimentary shuttle” into your decision to book, because you’ll need to pay for your own transportation to the hotel. It was about $120 for our group, which we all decided we would have rather put towards a better hotel.
The breakfast was mediocre, normal hotel food.
The rooms we had were dusty with crumbs on the floor and in the corners. Didn’t feel overly clean.
Next time we will not stay there.

Front desk will have you on hold for 20 minutes at a time, when you're trying to ask where to catch their shuttle from FLL. They tell you at the stop marked F and you're looking for a shuttle will Dello on it. That night, there was not one shuttle for this hotel that circled. Other shuttles came by 2-3 times in the 2 hours we were waiting and we ended up taking a Lyft to the place. Complaints fall on deaf ears of course.
Oddly enough, the next morning when walking along 17th from the Walgreens, we saw the Dello shuttle. It existed, but not when we asked for it.

I do not recommended this hotel. It was dirty, smelled like mold, mold in the vents, pullout bed mattress was stained. There were no linens or pillows for the pullout bed. The water pressure was very very low in the shower. The only good thing I can say is its location to the cruise port. They are overpriced I guess for that reason. What should have been a $90 room was actually $300. Spend your money elsewhere!

Most interactions with staff was rude and it seemed like we were a bother to them. They also seemed short staffed as they has only one person checking people in. I left my work phone at the hotel (the location was pinging there 4 days ago) and I had left 5 days ago for a cruise. We called at 9am and someone at the desk said they would call back before 3, no one called back. We called back again and a women assisted us but seemed uninterested in assisting. She said she would have engineers check the room and give us a call back as the lobby was full and needed to assist. Got a call back saying no phone was found. Breakfast was okay, rooms were clean, but at least the service we experienced was not fantastic. Also with the shuttles felt unorganized, the women who was directing it was a bit harsh and aggressive. Shuttle driver was quick and kind.
Update 12/30/25: the phone was turned on so I quickly called the hotel and the phone and they were able to locate it. They said housekeeping found it, just thankful I am able to get it shipped back, Alyssa was able to assist with information about how to get it back.

I have stayed this hotels probably 15+ times over the last few years. The location is great, staff are helpful, and breakfast is always great. However, the number one issue or problem with this hotel is that they advertise Free Airport Shuttle. This area is their weakness. I have waited up to 2 hours at FLL for a shuttle and have now gone to waiting an hour and then getting a Uber. The shuttle is NOT reliable, never on any real shedule, never enough runs, and always nearly full and passes Terminal 2 by as no room. Van is smaill compared to the amount of folks to pickup. So if your looking for a hotel with a real airport shuttle service this hotel is NOT that one!!
