  Diamond guest. Spacious room. Excellent shower. Loved the large pebblestone floor. Had closet with iron and ironing board. Microwave and fridge. These are the important things. A/C made the room cold. Bed covers are warm. Pillows are thick. Much appreciated! Suffient lighting, but little overhead, but the few lights in room are incredibly bright. My nightstand light lit up the room by itself. The other nightstand light made the room completely bright. Only downside was no way to use my HDMI connection with the TV. Their were available HDMI ports. None worked including the one for the direct TV box. My equipment registered as no signal. The remote had no way to change the source. It was not important enough to reach out to the front desk. If it were, I am sure they would have helped me out. Would stay again. Per TV stations, OMG! So many channels!

  We called the hotel for shuttle service from the airport and the lady on the phone was rude, she put us on hold for 7,8 mins and tried to finish whatever she wanted to say as soon as she could, we were already there at zone E, thanks for the clear instructions in the airport, but the lady kept “instructing” us to get to zone E and saying we were not listening to her and she hung up on us without telling us what to look for other than looking for a white van ( apparently all vans there were white there) and she didn’t tell us when the next available van would arrive, that was the reason why we called in the first place. The curtain inside the room was transparent and the heavier curtain outside of it was for decorative purpose only and couldn’t be closed as there was no track. Sunlight would wake you up early in the morning leave alone there could be privacy issues. We won’t stay in this hotel next time for sure because of the impression we got from the lady. It was Nov 11 we called btw.

  I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Fort Lauderdale while attending FLIBS. My experience left a lot to be desired from a hotel with this reputation. When I checked in last Wednesday, I immediately noticed my iron was broken and the fridge was leaking water all over the floor. I let the front desk know, hoping for a quick fix, but by Saturday night I still hadn’t received a replacement iron and the fridge kept leaking, which created more inconvenience and damage in my room. As someone attending a major event, not having an iron made it tough to keep my wardrobe looking professional. I was also disappointed by the lack of shuttle service to the boat show and the cruise terminal. The only shuttle available was to and from the airport, which isn’t helpful for guests traveling to the local attractions or events like FLIBS. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was hit and miss. I ordered a steak medium—it arrived burnt the first time and, after sending it back, the replacement was still cold and partially frozen. On the plus side, the bartender was fantastic and provided excellent service, which was a bright spot during my stay. Overall, this visit fell short of my expectations, mostly due to unresolved room issues and inconvenient transportation options. The great bar service is worth mentioning, but other areas definitely need improvement.

  Realmente es excelente. Limpieza, comodidad, cama super cómoda y limpia. Desayuno riquísimo y las atenciones del personal a otro nivel se esmeraron por dar el mejor servicio. Nos encantó. Volvemos pronto
