  We rented a room back in November in preparation for our cruise during spring break. We drove from out of state and didn’t get into our room until 1130 in the evening. When we got to the room is was horrific. Smells on 5th floor like cat or urine. Went to shower and water backs up in tub, when I called mx they said it’s draining! My twins and my niece didn’t shower they were grossed out. The young lady at front desk during the day is super sweet but night shift is not help. Never staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone.

  We arrived at 1 am and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Didn't find staff to be very friendly but the rooms were comfortable and quiet and it's an excellent location near the cruise port. It's nice to be able to leave your car there for a reasonable rate while cruising also.

  Stayed here as a pre-cursor to our cruise at the Port Everglades Cruise Port because it was only 15-20 minutes away. We used our yearly bonus night and points to book our stay. Check-in & check-out was fast and efficient. The entire staff, including Genesis, who checked us in was very polite, accommodating and greeted us each time we passed through the lobby. Genesis suggested a few dining establishments in the area that were within walking distance as well as a few shopping stores if we needed any last minute items, which were conveniently located across the hey and very much within walking distance. The room was comfortable and had all the immenities that we would expect from an IHG Property. Unlike other IHG Properties this one did not have complimentary breakfast. Shuttle service is available, but we had a rental car, so we did not use it. The only negative thing was the room did have a musty smell which we just sprayed some Febreeze that we had purchased at the Dollar Tree across the hey. I recommend this establishment especially due to its proximity to FLL Airport and the Port Eveglades Cruise Port.

  The room was clean and very comfortable. It was actually bigger than expected. The airport shuttle was an added bonus and they will also shuttle you to the cruise port for a fee. It was very conveniently located and there is a small mall across the street where you can get your essentials for a quick breakfast to make in your room. There is no pool and there is no onsite restaurant.

  Booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and advertised airport shuttle. They told us to call once we have our bags. We called and she stated 30min. Seemed a bit long for a 10min loop to and from hotel. Th van took 50minutes to get picked up. Totally unacceptable! We watched other hotels vans come through 2x. I would have gotten an uber had it been communicated that the drive was at lunch or whatever.
