  Room was clean, staff was friendly. Location was close to cruise terminal and local transit options. Breakfast had a number of options, hot and cold. Only real negative was the paper thin walls. Could really hear people coming and going, especially doors closing

  Don't let the photos and good reviews fool you. Outdated is an understatement. Stinky rooms and filthy carpets in the hallways that look 20 years old. Had to move from the first room because there were cockroaches and when I called to ask whether other rooms would have them, he said "well we are in South Florida...". Not a very comforting answer and no real attempt to make up for the situation. Paying 250cad mid week for something this poor quality is unacceptable. The only thing that was good was the location.

  Yolanda was outstanding! From the moment we walked in she made us feel welcomed. She invited us to have the continental breakfast before it ended. She was extremely warm, friendly, and kind. She made all my kids waffles and offered to help and clean up our mess as well. I previously was feeling overwhelmed from traveling, but after being in her gracious presence, I felt more at peace and ease with her help. Yolanda deserves some recognition and a raise. She was absolutely wonderful! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Отель уставший , явно был раньше хорошим но сейчас уже поживший . Все очень старое . За полтора часа до заезда все равно попросили заплатить за ранний въезд. Хотя мы были с маленьким ребенком . Бассейн холодный . Есть бесплатные полотенца , завтрак нормальный без изысков сосиски , омлет, хлеб, гранола, кофе и пакетированные соки . Работал один лифт и. Постоянно на нем ездили горничные с телегами и мы с коляской не могли зайти . Не плохое местоположение рядом с пляжем . За зонт и два стула хотят 15 баксов . Зато близко к водному такси . Не стоит 390 долларов за ночь

  The service from front desk and the bartender were great. The location is wonderful! But I have never stayed in a hotel that was so dirty! From the room to the hallways, the elevator and the lobby. Just dirty and unkempt. I'm not one to complain, and typically come to do positive reviews as opposed to poor ones, but I just can't get over the fact that there are reviews that claim this place is clean. Makes me wonder if reviews are being deleted because the only other option is that there is 1 person who keeps the clean actually clean and they were on holidays when we were there..
