Personal ist überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.Ich hatte im Zimmer 306 leider das Pech, dass die Matratzen schon recht durchgelegen waren. Aber ich hatte keine Lust das Zimmer zu tauschen und habe mich damit arrangiert. Frühstück ist für Hotels dieser Klasse in den USA wirklich gut. Kaffee steht sogar ganztägig zur Verfügung. Toller Service. Ich habe am Abreisetag den Shuttle zum Cruiseship-Terminal für 13$ genutzt. Am besten am Tag vorher bei der Rezeption anmelden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.
