    Definitely not a place you want to stay. The room was marginally clean, slight odor. No TV due to the Internet being down, towel bar is falling off the wall, missing refrigerator and coffee maker. Shower is barely tolerable, but you have to stand in water as the tub is very slow to drain. Breakfast was marginal. Staff were friendly, but did not seem to know what to do about the Internet and missing refrigerator, which we really needed. Granted, it’s close to the cruise port and airport, but spend a bit more money and you will be happy. Even the advertising on the elevator was 28 days out of date. Shows a total disregard by management..

    Overall experience was awful. Rooms were bug infested and deplorable. Staff were friendly, acknowledged that there was a “ant problem” in some rooms and were very sorry. When this was raised with the hotel owner and customer service, they have been horrible to deal with. We could not sleep on the beds as the bugs were so bad. Asked for a full refund and to our disbelief they are giving us a hard time and will not refund. Do NOT stay here. It’s dirty and not hygienic. Management will reply to bad reviews that they will take the feedback and improve but it’s all lip service. Very saddened that we would be treated like this. All we asked for was for a one night refund. Disgusting!

    Would give zero if could. The smell walking in knocked me down. only thing in town available due to being snowed in. Air conditioning didnt work. Mini fridge didnt work. Realized i was sliding all over the floor. It was because my shoes was wet. the hallway smelled musty, like mold. turns out it was wet from the hallways floor. The sheets was so so worn out that they was scratchy, it was horrible. Never again!

    DO NOT STAY HERE! SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!! THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING!!! FROM BEING DIRTY AND DISGUSTING TO THE SMELL OF MOLD AND SMOKE!!! IF THAT'S NOT BAD.. I FOUND A BIG COCKROACH COMING OUT OF THE BATHROOM!!! NOTIFIED THE STAFF THAT I WOULD NO LONGER STAY THERE. MANAGER ASSURED ME NO FEES WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE DISGUSTING ISSUES. NOT TRUE!!! I WAS STILL CHARGED. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    From start to finish, this experience was bizarre and incredibly disappointing. The condition of our initial room was frankly deplorable — visibly dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard you would expect when booking a hotel stay. We requested a room transfer, but unfortunately the second room showed little improvement. The overall property appears to be in serious need of a deep cleaning, thorough maintenance, and full renovation. Basic upkeep and cleanliness should never be a question when paying for accommodations, yet that was the primary issue throughout our stay. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere until significant improvements are made.
