As soon as we walked into our 3rd floor room, we were met with a cockroach on the bed. We were the moved to a different room on the first floor. All was well until later that night when I found another one on the floor. Definitely do not recommend. Otherwise the hotel was decent enough, besides the clutter from renovations.

Looking for a hotel for work for a project in the area and was denied access.Monday November 10th at 4pm (because I have a dog) even her being a registered PSD and the google information stating that its pet friendly. Would have been 1-4 rooms reserved through the next couple weeks. If I were the owner I’d be happy to welcome service animals and who in their right mind denies a Monday-Friday request (financially ignorant). When I stated she was registered and legal the lady acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ll take our money elsewhere for sure.

This was the worst place ever. To go up to the room the elevator was working.. We were on the fourth floor after that didn’t work anymore. We have to go up and down the stairs it suitcases baggage the room refrigerator was not working just soap so you have to decide if you were gonna use it for your face or your body and there were bed bugs. My friend woke me up at five in the morning freaking out her face bitten up and her body because they were bedbugs on the bed.we got all bit up

I recently stayed at this Best Western and decided to pay a few extra dollars per night for a room with two queen beds. We were assigned Room 424 on the fourth floor. The room itself was clean and spacious, and I appreciated that it had two bathrooms. However, one of the bathtubs (the one closest to the beds) was completely clogged, and the other could not hold water because the drain stopper was broken. Throughout the night, the noise from the nearby railroad tracks was constant — the train passed about six times, and each time the bed actually shook slightly. It honestly felt like the train might come right through the wall. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. Other than those issues, the overall room condition was decent. I left a tip for housekeeping because the room was clean, even though the housekeeper was not particularly friendly when we checked out — she didn’t return our greeting. Still, I didn’t feel right taking the tip back. The hallways and elevator smelled clean, which I personally liked, though my friend didn’t. That’s probably just a matter of personal preference. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel because the common areas didn’t look very clean, so we ate elsewhere. When we arrived the previous night (October 31), there was a person sitting in the lobby who seemed to be in poor condition, which made us feel uncomfortable. On the positive side, the customer service at the front desk — both at check-in and check-out — was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The main entrance door, however, really needs attention — it looks dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. The luggage cart area was also quite dirty, and I preferred to hang up my belongings instead of placing them there. The surroundings of the hotel didn’t feel very safe. I would not recommend walking alone to your car at night. Overall, the location and cleanliness of the common areas did not meet my expectations. Despite all this, the bed was comfortable (though the pillows were small, more like cushions), and I managed to sleep after getting used to the train noise. My friend, however, barely slept at all because of it. In summary, the staff was great, the room itself was fairly nice, but the noise, cleanliness of the common areas, and general environment would keep me from staying here again.

Hotel needs a good update, rooms were clean but the whole place needs a remodel. I took a look at the breakfast it was very basic, not very appetizing could use improvement I went elsewhere. All the staff was friendly except this one black lady with glasses that works the front desk, she was very rude and arrogant. She had a very bad attitude and should not be working there, it's as if she gets angry for having to do her job! The times I saw her was in the afternoon, I would probably not stay at this hotel again but someone should talk to this rude lazy arrogant lady. There is a coffee machine downstairs 24/7. Elevator was slow, needs to be replaced I also noticed that the inspection is one year overdue on it so be careful. The arrogant lady has a very unfriendly stare so beware! Hotel is in skechy area. Internet wifi kept going out so if you trying to work from your room, I don't recommend it.
