  Candlewood Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport is a good hotel. The rooms are large, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms were also clean. However, the air conditioner in the room either made the room very cold when on high, or did not work at all when on low. Also, keep in mind that breakfast is not included and they only clean the rooms once a week during your stay. A quick shuttle is provided to the airport, and food is available walking distance across the street. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel near Fort Lauderdale Airport.

  The front desk seemed like I was the inconvenience because their air conditioners were terrible. 1 sounded like artemis 2 taking off and the other was a deep sea adventure, dumping water all over the floor in 307.

  Conveniently located near the airport and cruise port. Resto/fast food and dollarama right across. Complimentary shuttle is easy to catch. Arrived at the hotel at around 12 noon and was checked in right away. Complimentary coffee by the front desk is such a blessing. Room comes with a kitchenette but we only stayed overnight so wasn't able to take advantage. Room was clean. The only issue I had was the shower as it's only lukewarm at best but the rest is all good. Front desk staff who assisted us for check in and out were good as well.

  As soon as I walked into the door of this quaint little hotel, I was greeted with a genuine welcome and a willingness to help with whatever I needed. The first front desk woman I met was so accommodating to my needs. I didn't get her name, but it made a big difference. Thank you. And Marc was super friendly as well. All the staff made me feel safe, listened to, and at home. The beds are super comfortable, there is free laundry, and a kitchenette and fridge in the rooms. Snacks are available for purchase downstairs. All that is missing is a breakfast room. There are shops across the street but it's a long way to get there on foot as the streets and roads are not pedestrian friendly. Overall, a great stay because of the staff. Thank you.

  Technically I didn't stay here, my sister did. But I went to meet her and we went to dinner. She said the beds were very small, like not a normal sized bed. Idk if all rooms were like thar, I'm guessing not. The rooms do however have a kitchenette, which is always nice, especially for multiple nights stay. Just ask about the size of the bed if you're going to stay here. 😊 Location is decent. It took us 28 minutes to get to our restaurant on the beach from here. Not bad. It's close to the airport, too, but the shuttle service to get from FLL to the hotel was going to take an hour. So Uber was used instead. Maybe work out a time for pickup, or call before you get to the 1E pickup spot. 1 hr is crazy!
