- EGEli Gonzalez1 day ago2.0Front desk was very professional but the building definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast wasn't really that great and the staff that cleans the room wasn't really that great because I found pieces of hair on my pillow that didn't belong to me.

Unfortunately we cannot fix something unless we know it needs to be fixed. Too many little things cannot be ignored. This place full of potential needs serious renovation & deep cleaning. Also, too many mean looks & stuck-up people cannot be in the hospitality business or management 🙄. See photos to understand. Shower only works from top hose, new sink has a water hole instead of filter, too dusty curtains, bathrom fan doesn't work, nice new TV but nothing live, nice chairs but too many weird things unexplainable, the top mattress is bigger than the bottom base, ceiling appears to be dotted meaning MOLD, towels are too old and run down 🤮..😳, etc etc etc

The customer service was top tier. My room was upgraded and my stay was amazing. The site is a litter older and the area was not my typical area however, I will rent again because customer service was top tier!!! Veli was her name I think….thank you Veli
