  The best thing the location of the Hotel in relation to the cruise port. Its really easy to get to the port as well as their are easy accessible eating options within the area with an Mc Donald's right next to the hotel, Bonnie's Pizza; Subway Greek Italian and an German restaurant in the area. We ate at the German Restaurant and the schnitzel was very good

  I stayed here because I thought they had a shuttle to the cruiseport. They do not and instead refer you to a company that handles that. I must have misread that info. They do have an airport free shuttle. Small white van that says Candlewood Suites on the side. We were really packed in. Rooms were good and breakfast was the standard BW breakfast which we liked but go when they first open or its too packed to sit down

  The best Best Western around!!! The rooms were renovated and brand new!! I felt like I was in a Marriot! Great location! Great price! Amazing greek food at the mall next to it! Friendly clerk, clean, close to the airport, airport shuttle, etc! I would give 10 stars if I could! Mahalo and Aloha from Hawaii 🌺

  I've seen so many complaints on here about the airport shuttle and responses from management claiming they will take care of it but they obviously dont care. Called for the shuttle a 6am, guy told us he'd send it our way. 45 min later no shuttle. Called again he says it should be there any minute. Another 30 min pass so I call again. "Let me see where hes at..." We werent the only ones calling, there was another group waiting behind us that was calling also. 2 hours after calling the shuttle finally showed up expecting a tip after dropping us off!! Maybe I would have tolerated it a little more had i not of been up all day and night but it was a little ridiculous! Our room was clean when we finally got there and the new front desk lady was nice and helpful.

  The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Where things fell apart was the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When we called we were told 40 minutes. After multiple calls, we finally got a shuttle after an hour and a half. If there was a walking path to the hotel, we could have walked faster.
