  Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the room was lacking in a few areas. The shower would clog after about 1 minute and then we were in standing water. The room door took about 4 attempts to open. The AC unit was pretty loud, especially during the middle of the night when it kicked on. We had a room facing the pool and could hear kids yelling - not an issue for us but something to note. Staff was very friendly and helpful with giving local suggestions. Breakfast had lots of options but it was a tight space. Location was close to the activities we wanted to do. The room we were in just needs some minor fixes.

  Had a great stay at Best Western. The staff was phenomenal! Nelly did a great job. She was very patient, and helped us through the process of online booking. The breakfast is great, my family and friends enjoyed their stay.

  My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days while we visited the keys and miami area. The room was clean and spacious and the ground seemed well kept. They offered free continental breakfast which was much appreciated. The pool was small but perfect for our 2 kids to entertain themselves in between travels to the keys. There was on-site laundry which was great. The hotel was in a central location and only an hour travel to miami and key largo. The only compliant would have to be the beds. They were extremely hard and seemed outdated I woke up several days to a sore back. But other than that I would return next year.

  Mildew around the seam of the bathroom tub where the faucet was leaking- No light for the desk- 1 bar of soap for bath and sink - Thin towels- First room given was with heavy smell of cigarette smoke - light switch at the door also did not work - readily given this room by the pool - Stayed there several times - this room was not up to par.

  I had a great stay at Best Western. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a really nice touch and made mornings much easier. The selection was good and convenient. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their positive attitude really made a difference and added to the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
