It's located 0.4 miles from the coast of Tampa Bay. There are lots of sites, trails, restaurants, shops to enjoy for pedestrian activities. The hotel lobby is clean and modern. Hot breakfast is served every morning in a dining area adjacent to the lobby. Hot coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are available throughout the day. There's ample parking for guests that is clean and well-lit. There's a fitness center and an outdoor pool, but I didn't use those amenities. The conference room is small, but perfect for 40 people or less.

There is a city noise ordinance at 11:00 PM but the hotel will not do anything but say “sorry” . No sleep for my family. Strange to go to a hotel and get no sleep due to noise and have the hotel not care or do anything. No thanks, terrible hotel.

I stay in a lot of high end hotels for work and this hotel gave me that experience. The front desk staff, Danny was superb. He gave us a 5 star experience along with the rest of the staff. They were true examples of what excellent customer service should always be!! This pool was warm, rooms clean and breakfast was great. The location is so close to the beach and walking distance to the gorgeous downtown area where you can walk and watch the sunset and visit the beautiful quaint shops! Safety was superb! There is also a. walking path surrounds the area! Altogether, this was a 5 star experience and this hotel should be 5 stars!!
