    Great location right on the harbor. Attached restaurant on the waterfront also had good service. Had issues trying to check in using a Best Western gift card, but the second front desk person we spoke with (Brandon) did an excellent job getting us into our room while he sorted everything out on his side! Breakfast bar is small, but has all the important items (fruit, pastries, waffle iron, eggs, bacon) and very friendly breakfast attendant. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have great views!

    We had a group of rooms for my mother's birthday and it was sensational! Rhonda arranged for everything and she is an absolute GEM. Really went out of her way to set up everything, and I mean everything, and was personally invested in making sure we were happy. This is exactly how a hotel is supposed to be run. The rooms were wonderful--charming, "Old Florida". They were on the water and we'd wake up in the morning an take our coffee out back to watch the pelicans, dolphins and manatees. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dunedin, or Pinellas County for that matter.

    Great place to stay and relax patio free breakfast hot tub and pool and a beautiful marina. Just steps from down town dunedin.

    Had an operation at nearby Bayside. It was a perfect location for me. Being on the bay, it would have been wonderful on a sunny day, unfortunately we were met with grey sky's or rain. Nearby restaurants and the cute town of dunedin were great.
