  Ayer fui a dejar un pedido en Uber que un cliente solicitó no me dejaron pasar ala habitación del cliente a dejar el pedido y necesitaba un código para poder ingresar finalizó el tiempo y me tocó dejar la comida en recepción bueno la dejé y resulta ser que el cliente denunció que la comida no se la dieron pero yo la dejé allí

  Muy buena opcion. La esmerada y fina atencion de su personal es impecable. Desde el front desk, con Vanesa y el equipo que atiende el desayuno que no dudo en mimarnos cada mañana. German y Carolina nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todos nos saludaron cada dia por nuestros nombres. Todo rico. Limpio. Impecabilisimo. La ubicacion, perfecta. Habitaciones comodas. Si bien estan en remodelacion, no nos dimos cuenta, todo seguia organizado y ordenado, silencioso. Volveremos el próximo viaje!!!

  Stayed at the location for two weeks on a work trip. Overall room was decent and did not have many issues. The bed and bedding was older and the bed slid all over the box spring. The pillows were useless for sure. The main lobby had a small eating area and surprisingly the food was pretty decent. I had no complaints over quality and price which was reasonable. Overall the stay was not amazing but not bad. Easy location to all of doral and the highway.

  This property has the best staff an organization can dream of. The restaurant staff is exemplary, their service is outstanding and everyone makes it a priority to provide the highest level of customer service. The head of Security, Mr. Ronald Corrada, is an asset to the company and ensured our stay and experience was nothing less than remarkable.   My wife and I visited for a short winter getaway in Feb as IHG Platinum members. While the hotel and pool were clean and convenient, primarily giving one star as the front office manager, Vanessa, promised compensation at checkout for a few issues that popped up during our stay, but never delivered on it despite multiple email follow ups. One of the issues was due to the other front office manager, Carlos, promising a room amenity for my pregnant wife that never showed up even after multiple conversations. The other issue was due to a pre-arranged ride with the complimentary hotel shuttle that was not fulfilled. Lastly, note that the hotel is directly on the MIA airspace so there will be planes flying directly overhead the pool very often. Editing my review on 3/20 in response: Please follow up with the IHG customer case I sent on 3/4 (reference # 10588373413) if you intend to resolve this issue Final edit on 3/31: Hotel reached out to review this case and resolve the issue.
