No funcionaba bien el ascensor. El desayuno no se sirvió por tener un problema en la cocina, me dijeron que presentará el ticket con el gasto, que se me iba a devolver y jamás lo hicieron.

I stayed at this hotel from March 5th to March 8th and they were absolutely no room service. I will never stay at this hotel again.

In my 4th night and never received “daily room refresh”, as promised
Asked twice…still waiting
So I’m going to start my review early. I am scheduled to check in on 3/16. I called this hotel to just to let them know I was coming out of state and wanted to confirm their early check-in process as a Diamond Member being that I would probably arrive early. At 0441 March 16th, who ever the front desk was didn’t introduce herself but started the conversation off with “ Hello, we are completely booked for the night.” Well one hi to you to, I’m doing fine. Two, Why is that the first thing you greet someone with. Lastly, I already have a reservation I just wanted to speak with you with. Then she didn’t even look at my reservation she simply told me housekeeping gets there at 1 and they cannot accommodate me. Okay , they are already starting off on a bad note. Really and truly if that wasn’t her opening statement, I would haven’t even started my review early. However, you shouldn’t assume anything without clarifying. Hopefully my actual stay is better than my initial encounter.
