    We are very pleased with everything here at the Intercontinental Hotel service was great. The room is spacious and kind of luxurious. We ate at the restaurant last night and we were surprised at the quality and quantity of the food. I advise you to split an entrée with your spouse is too much to eat. We are leaving this morning. Very happy.

    Our first visit in Miami with our daughter. We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. The restaurant and their professional services were to our liking .Fernando, was exceptionally good with his services at the lounge. He even made sure there were vegetarian food options in the food selection as we had some dietary restrictions.The amenities at the hotel were good for our stay. The overall hospitality extended by the hotel staff is appreciated. We would love to come back again.

    A lovely hotel that offers what you expect from an InterContinental hotel. The staff is very polite; they really want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast buffet is above average, with a variety of choices. Restaurant options are also lovely. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations in one part of the building, but the noise is kept to a minimum and only occurs during morning hours.

    So my first review was deleted apparently the hotel didn’t want to address it but I’m posting again because my experience deserves to be heard. I’ve been staying at this hotel for about a week, and overall my experience has been disappointing. I had breakfast at Blue Matisse, which started off well. The food was great, and Bostone provided outstanding service attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He’s one of the few bright spots in this hotel, and I would highly recommend him. However, my experience with another server was completely different. I felt ignored and treated differently in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable frankly, it felt discriminatory. I sat for around ten minutes before even being asked what I wanted to drink. Meanwhile, another couple sat down after me and immediately received service, including their coffee, before I even got my apple juice. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve felt this kind of treatment in the restaurant here, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, after requesting my room to be cleaned, a full toiletry bag went missing. Instead of showing concern, staff brushed it off and implied that I must have misplaced it which I absolutely did not. That lack of accountability and care for guests’ belongings is beyond frustrating. This has been by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s especially disappointing since this is a work trip. Never again. And if this review gets deleted again, I will be taking further steps and reporting the hotel.

    In answer to my posted review, this motel wrote down. (The guest was evicted as a result of non payment!!🫢, everyone in this planet knew that every single hotel worldwide / but in your case motel used deducting and having an approved pre - authorization amount for the entire stay in addition to a daily incidentals prior to check- inn, So now everyone can till which is the fake story ) You all should be proud that the SIXT accept having a branch in this garbage stinky motel. From first instant and based to what I saw all over the world, no way impossible this stinky hotel fall under the intercontinental category but only not more than 3 stars, too many holiday inn in much better chap and status to what I saw. Bed and bellows all not comfortable by any mean and a very bad status, I couldn’t sleep in entire stay, seems bed were broke, bellows very thin just like paper, seems both were boughten from auction by 5 dollars each. You will got used having a lower back pain in such junk bed and bellows. Every were within the hotel you always smelling like burning oil 😁 ugly bad smelling and no fresh air. Lobby and restaurant seat and couch, very old and deteriorating but you have to hold yourself ensure not to fall down 😁😁 Breakfast, with very little limited variety, not exceeding 4 types, very little quality cold status ! I had breakfast only one day the entire stay since I experienced illness. The little food they ( though it’s a breakfast!) subjected long time to mosquitoes and other funny stuff just like who worked in this stinky one. By dinner the chief cooked my order 3 times but still below expectations. Was not the first time in which represent how bad are they. Even front desk, no way you can imagine it’s an intercontinental but holiday inn express Toilet are completely other junk story The entire Lounge seats and how it’s designed it’s kind of shame if they knew what is meant by shame! I never ever saw such very low lounge and how it’s equipped with everything, snacks even I will not give to animals, and I found it very low fabricated stuff and in dry status. If you planing for the worst ever stay, please visit this place! Elevators keeps vibrating and taking 3 minutes taking you from floor 1 to 5 😁🫢 During my stay I heard receptionist asking guests posting excellent review and having some drinks in return 😁😁🫢 what a big shame to junk garbage business A new invention 😁 by this garbage stinky junk hotel, I never ever experienced all over in this planet. They used in lounge and post breakfast provide customers with a bill that starts / show amount of 0:00 $ and includes a section for placing tip 🫢 they thought in crazy stupidly mentality, this is a better way asking for tip. 😁 My rating fall to negative,
