    If I could, I would rate this hotel 4.5 stars. We stayed here for two nights so that we could attend the opening games for Unrivaled. We're happy with our choice. The room we chose was pretty spacious, with a mini living room area. We were on the 4th floor, facing the parking lot. But we never heard any noise. Maybe we got lucky, but as a light sleeper, I was grateful to have a quiet room. The breakfast was just okay. There were limited selections, which I don't mind. I just wish the they were of higher grade. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel so I cannot speak to the pool/gym. The location was great for what we were trying to accomplish-- going to Unrivaled. It's also close to multiple malls and shopping plazas for those who like to shop. Lastly, the customer service was great. Everyone was friendly.

    Stayed here for 1 night before a cruise. Loved the location which allowed walking to a big mall, lots of food options, a wine store and a rental car place. Allowed us to easily spend a day exploring the Everglades. Kids loved the pool area but complained the temperature was cold. Beds and pillows were extremely firm so we did not sleep well. AC in room wouldn't turn down below 67 degrees.

    Stayed for one night and there was a room issue upon check-in that was immediately and effortlessly resolved thanks to Alex at the front desk -- not only that, but he was very welcoming and hospitable! The location was a fairly close drive to the malls and less than an hour to the Everglades.
