  Please read to the end, as l updated it with the hotels final response and had to say a BIG THANK YOU to thus mornings management 👍👍............Well although we have just arrived, my husband booked a suite MONTHS ago and when we arrived he was told they had over booked and they could not give us what we had originally booked, they'd have to downgr us. The key system isn't working, so they had to take us to the room and say they will provide a key once they become available, and the fridge isn't cool. I was surprised that they didn't even offer any compensation for their miss booking. They are friendly but I'm sorry we booked this MONTHS ago and should be given some kind of compensation! I have NEVER complained nor given such a low review but I am honest. I will say my husband has an open inquiry with the hotel and they say they will have someone come look at the fridge 🤷‍♀️ lol but when and they will move us when another room becomes available.......when, after we leave 🤷‍♀️ Well l just found black curly hair in the bed and l don't have dark curly hair 🤷‍♀️ This is such a letdown, especially after the WONDERFUL stay at the Holiday Inn in Pensacola!! 👍👍 Well today's checkout day and l would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to this mornings management!!!!!!!!!! They were very gracious in compensating us for the over booking and the other issues. I am grateful that they took the time to compensate us and not just give us the old "sorry for your troubles and we'll talk to or cleaning service" because l don't like it when companies just put it on the lower paid staff. So again THANK YOU for doing more than just lip service!!!!

  So far worst check in ever. Key machine broken, unable to code keys. TV broken in room and no other rooms available

  My encounter with the front desk attendant was a bit unwelcoming but checking was swift. The hotel seems to have a few upgrades but nothing to write about. Its location is definitely convenient. There's a nail spa and some food places that share the same parking lot.The hotel is 5min from the boardwalk. Its all kinds of excursions and escapes rooms to try.
