I explained to her what had just happened. She was so sweet, kind, and sympathize with us with what had occurred. We were in town for our anniversary here in Destin , Florida!. I booked a king suite for just 1 night with a late checkout for 1pm. When we woke up , my husband woke up and mentioned are we going to stay another night . I couldn’t book on my points because I didn’t have enough. So, I booked ihg employee rate which was a good one just so we could stay again in the same room. I went downstairs to the front desk and spoke to another morning shift female who was so helpful Monica I think was her name. She went above and beyond for us! We were even able to stay in the same type room. I can honestly say if we ever come back to Destin, Florida. We will definitely stay here again.. These two ladies made our night get a whole lot better just making us feel special here at the holiday inn express and suites! We love it! Thank You Jodi and Monica ! Hands down to you both!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to vacation here. Also, the management staff was so nice that they even had flowers and a bottle of wine in the room since I was there for an anniversary. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!
