  Resort is lovely. Very family friendly. Indoor pool is small, but heated; perfect for when it started raining. Outdoor pool area is big, with an adult only jacuzzi. Resort is located at a harbor/marina, so no beach access here. There is a free shuttle to take you to their private white sand beach about 5 minutes away . Great place for families. Third bedroom in pool view suite has bunk beds - my grandson was very excited about that!

  Right by the boardwalk and boat 🚢 docks. You can see crab island 🏝 from the condos, very beautiful and clean. Every amenities you need.

  Rooms were nice size. Beds were hard and no fitted sheets. Location to beach not ideal. Wouldn’t stay here again. Gym was good

  The rooms are spacious, but the house phones didn't work. One of them wasn't even connected to the wall. The water smelled awful, one of the shower heads didn't work, one of the sinks wouldn't drain, and construction prevented us from using the balconies and some of the doors and elevators.

  Totally boring. We came down to see if this would be a place to retire. After 2 days we ran out things to do. Took a walk this morning, closed down strip malls broken sideways and a vape shop, oh joy. Needless to say if you run out of things to see and do after 2 days on a 3 day vacation, not a good sign.
