Dirty bedding, blood on mattress protector so the must not of changed the sheets cause it was noticeable. Dirty dingy looking towels like if the towels are dirty throw them out that’s a no brainer. Tv ‘s are outdated cords hanging all over. Floors so filthy turned our kids feet dirty within an hr. The room needed a good deep clean it was like the put stuff together to make an extra room. The hotel itself was clean smelled nice. The desk staff and all workers friendly professional and nice. It was the room itself that I was very disappointed in we stayed here in December 2024 and our room was clean stocked nice.

I was unknowingly scammed by promises made but not delivered l both in calls by parent company Wyndham corporate timeshare sales both via phone calls and locally when we showed. We ended up taking our business elsewhere after a simple carefree sorry from the manager who really didn’t care that a potential buyer couple had to walk away. It cost us time, aggravation and minor additional costs but fortunately no serious economic loss. As for points I had for a 2 nite, well to me they are worthless. I think it was 2500 points, maybe had another zero.
